Facility Management Of Jk House Mumbai Incl. Kitchen Services, Laundry Services Supply Of Human Resources- 1 Providing of laundry services 2 Providing of laundry services by way washing and ironing of Linen including Towels, Bed Sheets, Quilt Covers, Piloow Covers etc in the lots not less than 25 Kg. dry weight to be measured for payment. The job includes pick and drop services. 3 Providing of laundry services by way Dry-cleaning and ironing of Curtains, Quilts, Sofas, Carpets and other items as specified or demanded in the lots not less than 100 Kg. Dry weight of cushioning and fabric shall be acessed for payment of drycleaning for sofas. The job includes pick and drop services. 4 Facility Management of J&K House Mumbai incl. kitchen services 5 Providing of Skilled and experienced Assistant Manager/ Superintendent, with minimum educational qualification of graduation in any stream, to run the daily affairs of guest house. The Assistant Manager/ Superintendent should have good fluency/ command over written and oral English and Hindi.The Assistant Manager/ Superintendent shall be experienced enough to keep the daily record of accounts and documentation and have etiquette and behaviour to catter VIP guests and dignitories. The Assistant Manager/ Superintendent should have experience in hopspitality sector and has to suprvise the staff engaged in guest house and also keep vigil on the works performed by them. 6 Providing of Semi skilled Cook having experience of cooking indian, chinese and continental food. The Cook has to accept the orders and provide food to guests as per demand.
