(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : 3 Cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 4 CLADDING WORK 5 Providingandfixing 18mmthickgangsawcut,mirrorpolished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters,window sills,facias andsimilar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. 6 Raj Nagar Plain white marble/ Udaipur green marble/ Zebra black marble 7 Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm 8 Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red 9 Area of slab over 0.50 sqm 10 Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Granite work 12 Providing and fixing cramps of required size & shape in RCC/ CC/ Brick masonry backing with cement mortar 1:2 ( 1cement :2 coarse sand), including drilling necessary hole in stones and embedding the cramp in the hole (fastener to be paid separately). 13 Stainless steel cramps 14 Providingand fixingexpansionhold fasteners onC.C. /R.C.C./Brick masonry surface backing including drilling necessary holes and the cost of bolt etc complete. 15 Wedge expansion type 16 Fastener with threaded dia 10 mm 17 STEEL WORK 18 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 19 Ingratings,frames,guardbar,ladder,railings,brackets, gates and similar works 20 FLOORING 21 Marble stone flooring with 18 mm thick marble stone, as per sample of marble approvedby Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, including rubbing and polishing complete with : 22 Raj Nagar plain 23 Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 24 Polished Granite stone slab of colour Black,Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent 25 FINISHING 26 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 27 1:6(1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 28 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: 29 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) 30 Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 31 REPAIRS TO BUILDING 32 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note: - This item to be used for maintenance work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done. 33 Dismantling and Demolishing 34 Demolishingbrickworkmanually/bymechanicalmeansincluding stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 35 In cement mortar 36 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. 37 For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm 38 Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. 39 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
