(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5with cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 course sand) boundary wall of 1.50 mtr. height above existing ground level with specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3(1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) in footing and column of size 230mmx230mm @ 3.00m c/c , plinth beamof size230mmX230mm at ground level, top beam 230mmx75mm. Cement plaster on both side 1:4(1cement: 4 fine sand) and finished with water proofing cement paint i/c excavation in All kind of soil, PCC 1:3:6(1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominalsize derived from natural sources) , centreing & shuttering, Reinforcement with TMT Bars of grade Fe-500D or more , re-filling of earth etc. as per approved drawing & direction of Engg-in-chargecomplete in all aspect and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.Note: For payment length of the wall shall be measured. 2 Providng & fixing of M.S. Board of size 1.2X0.9m with frame of M.S.angle iron 40X40X5mm with two vertical legs of MS angle iron of size 40X40X5mm , 2.4m long embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4(1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominalsize derived from natural sources)of size 0.45X0.45X0.60m . The M.S. sheetof 1mm thickshall be welded with angle iron 40X40X5mm . The M.S. flat of sixe 40X5 mm shall be welded all round on the back side of MS Sheet ,the MS board shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand i/c a coat of approved steel primer and manufacture as per drawing and dimensions all complete as per direction of Engg-in--charge. 3 Letterig with black Japan paint of approval brand and manufacture
