Tender For Furniture Work At Vulnerable Witness Deposition Center At Various Justice Jurisdiction In Rajasthan - 1 Providing ,making and fixing dias table furniture(Top of dias table)on rack support ,made of 35mm thickBlock board of approved ISI make and laminated with 1mm thicklaminated sheet on both sides matching with wall panelling shade and design by means of adhesive, nails, screws rawl plugs etc ,all the edges of table top are restored by fixing of moulded teak wood 37x25 mm beading with the help of nails,adhesive etccomplete with melamine polishfor all sizes as per enclosed drawingand the direction of Engineer -in- charge (Top plan area ofblock board will be measuredfor payment) 2 Providing ,making and fixing dias table furniture(Racks & leg supports of dias table) by jointing ,made of 25mm thickBlock board of approved ISI make and laminated with 1mm thicklaminated sheet on both sides matching with wall panelling shade and design by means of adhesive, nails, screws rawl plugs etc ,edges of all these members are restored by fixing of plain/moulded teak wood 27x10 mm beading with the help of nails,adhesive etccomplete with melamine polish for all sizes as per enclosed drawingand the direction of Engineer -in- charge (Area of block board will be measured horizontal & vertical for payment) 3 Supplying and placing of Judge chair made in Ghana Teak wood grade-I.Seating H 20 x D 21 x 24 and Bracekts H 50 x W 21 with full arms and Handle 3 and Legs 3 with wooden structure. The seat should be made of 18mm MR Grade plywood and back should be made of 12 mm plywood and frame, legs, handle should be of complete sagwan wood with Melamine Polish. The seat Cushion of the chair should be made up of 50mm thick High Density of 40+2 kg,Cub.M and back cushion should be made up of 38mm thick High Density 32+2 kg./cub.M and good quality approved valvet fabric.Including cost of material and labour completed with all repect as per direction of Engineer incharge. 4 Supplying and placing of Computer table Size 4X2 and height 26make 17 mm th. prelaminated board base Top and one side drawer,storage and key board, CPU,PUS Stand facility atteched including cost of material and labour completed with all repect as per enclosed drawingand as per direction of Engineer incharge. 5 Supplying and placing of best in class medium back staff chair with spinc support and superior comfart design,capsule pipe frame support in bottom for flexibality and comfart in seating.used 32 density 2 th. PU leatherites/fabric cusion back 16X16and seat 16X16 with pvc arms.including cost of material and labour completed with all repect as per enclosed drawingand as per direction of Engineer incharge. 6 Supplying and placing of ghana teak wood grade-I stool height 18 and stool Top L12xW12 Approximate weight 8 Kg. Top shall be made of wood and frame should be 2 inch round/square wood with High quality polish.Including cost of material and labour completed with all repect as per direction of Engineer incharge. 7 Supplying and placing of 1-seater sofa with arm fully cover superior quality PU leatherites/fabric cusion with four legs..Inner size of sofa Seat 21 X 21 and back 21 X 20.Inner structure made by chir wood frame 1x1.5,spring fitted on frame with 1.25 mm small steel stopper ,nails,four ss legs(202 grade) and foaming pasted by adhesive and F-nails compressed by auto nail machine. 40 Density 4 th. foam seat,32 density 2th. foam back and 32 density 1th. foam arms and zik-zek spring 1.5mm th.,12mmth.commercial ply.including cost of material and labour completed with all repectas per enclosed drawingand as per direction of Engineer incharge. 8 Supplying and placing of ghana teak wood grade-I wooden centre table(teak wood) 3X2X16 With 10mm th. Glass top and Melamine polish.Wooden structure are 2X2 square legs,3X1.5 Top, 2X1.5 bottm cross wooden bars and 1.5 th. wooden strips at bottom plateform with maximum 50% opening. including cost of material and labour completed with all repect as per enclosed drawingand as per direction of Engineer incharge. 9 Supplying and placing of wooden table(ghana teak wood grade-I) 6X3 and height 26 make 35mm th. plb wooden base top and Melamine polish.Wooden structure are 3X3 square legs,3X1.5 Top and bottm cross wooden bars. including cost of material and labour completed with all repect as per enclosed drawingand as per direction of Engineer incharge. 10 Supplying & placing cabinet with an overall size 750mm X 450mm X 600mm. The cabinet shall be made up of Pre- laminated particle board with approved laminate and finish as per approved shade. The top shall be made up of 25mm thick and other parts like side, back, shutter, facia, skirting shall be 18mm thick. The edges shall be sealed with thin strip of impermeable PVC. The storage shall be supplied with 2 nos. of shelves. Door shutters shall be provided for opening and closing the cabinet. Including cost of material and labour completed with all repect as per direction of Engineer incharge.
