Providing round the clock security guard without gun for watch & ward ofGovernment premises and its all belongings by deploying neatly dressed security guards in 8 hour’s shift including necessary T&P like torch, lathi and uniform etc.complete,as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (One job means 8 hour\"s duty).

Modified estimated cost after using correction factor on DSR 2023 on account of GST @ 0.973 (vide office memorandum issued from CPWD vide E-file No. 9158977 dated 08.08.2024) =

Maintaining Subway/FOB/Cycle Track by carrying out sweeping, cleaning, moping and washing with suitable detergents / chemicals, cleaning of inside drains, sumps, vent holes, gutters etc. including labour deployment and necessary T&P etc. at least moping and sweeping 3 times in a day i.e. 1st Operation upto 9 AM in the morning, 2nd Operation at 1:00 PM, 3rd Operation at 6:00 PM including disposal of rubbish to the authorised municipal dumping ground for all leads and lifts complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. [The cleaning and moping of Subway/FOB shall be done daily as and whenrequired with minimum 3 times in a day. However, the washing of internal surfaces has to be done weekly and external surfaces once in a month]. (Recovery shall be made on account of absance Rs. 1500/per day for one job).
