Tender For Attending Repair Works To 416 Tngrhs Flats At Gundusalai In Cuddalore Under Annual Maintenance Works For The Year 2024-2025; 1 Dismantling of R C CWorks without damaging the adjascent structures including clearing the debrise away from site etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifictions and as directed by the departmental officers 2 Dismantling of Brickwork in cement motar in all floors without disturbing the adjascent structures including clearin the debrise away from site etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers 3 Brick partition wall in Cement Mortar 1:4 (one of cement and four of sand) 110mm thick for super structure in the following floors using kilnburnt bricks of size9 X4 3/8X2 3/4 (23X11X7cm) having minimum average crushing strength of 35 KG/sq. cm. 4 Supply and fixing ofcuddappah slab 40 mm thick of approved quality laid in CM 1:3 (one of cement, three of sand) 12 mm thick, over kitchen hearth slab including cutting the granite slab to required size wherever necessary, nosing the edges to required shape, including cost of slab, laying, finishing etc., in all complete in all respects and as directed by the departmental officers. (Measurement will be taken including bearing also. The quality & colour of slab shall be got approved from the EE). 5 Supply and fixing of cuddappah sink of size 60 X 45 X 25 cm using 20 mm thick polished cuddappah slab with 32 mm dia pvc waste water pipe and 32 mm C.P waste coupling & fixing in position, complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers 6 Plasteringin Cm 1: 3, one of cement and three of sand)10mm thick for Ceiling,sunshade (with neat cement including band cornice, scaffolding, curing, finishing etc., all complete. Etc 7 Plasteringin Cm 1: 4 one of cement and three of sand)12mm thick for Ceiling,sunshade (with neat cement including band cornice, scaffolding, curing, finishing etc., all complete. Etc 8 Finishing top of flooring with cement concrete 1:3 (one of cement and three of blue granite chips of size 10mm and below) 20mm thickEllis pattern flooring (No sand) and surface rendered smooth includingskirting, providing proper slopes thread lining, 9 Pointing with cement mortar 1:4, in full depth of tiles curing finishing etc.,, all complete .etc. 10 Supplying and fixing of PVC SWR pipe 6kg/cm2 confirming to IS 13592 with ISI Mark & fittings confirming to IS 14735 with necessary CI gratings, shoes, bends, off sets, clamps, teak woods plugs, and of approved quality and including fixing C.I gratings at the junction of parapet and floor of roof slab etc., including finishing etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications 11 Run off mains with 2 wire of 2.5 Sqmm. Copper PVC insulated un sheathed single core 1.1.KV grade cable with continuous earth by means of 2.5 Sqmm. Copper PVC insulated unsheathed single core 1.1 KV grade cable in fully concealed 20 mm PVC rigid conduit pipe (heavy duty) with ISI mark including cost of all materials specials etc., all complete as directed by the Departmental Officers 12 Supplying and fixing at pvc door shutters of size required over all size (single leaf) with PVC door frame and PVC Shutter (superior variety). The door frame of 60 mm thick made out of superior quality polymeric material conforming to IS: 10151-1982. The 13 Repairing the damaged door shutters by removing the same and labour charges for wrought and putup to make the shutters fit for use and refixing the same in position with required furniture fittings etc., complete complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Shutters of all sizes 14 Supplying and fixing of 20 Oriya Type IWC with red-oxide plastering other than Ground Floor 15 Remooving the Tree And Plants Over the Buildings and on Walls Including Labour Charge relevant material such as ladder , rope, acids etc. all complete with neat finishing after removal of plants and trees as directed by the Departmental officer (G+1) & (G+2) floors 16 Remooving the Tree And Plants Over the Buildings and on Walls Including Labour Charge relevant material such as ladder , rope, acids etc. all complete with neat finishing after removal of plants and trees as directed by the Departmental officer (G+1) & (G+2) floors 17 .
