TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10with standard specifications. 2 Providing dowel bars of 25mm dia mild steel hooked at top including drilling holes of 40mm in hard rock to a depth of 1.00m and including dowel bars of 25mm dia such a way that 1.00mis inside hard rock 1.00m above and bend up for 0.40m length hard rock level and will be embeded to the foundation footing and filling the gab of dowel holes with cement mortar 1:1 mix including cost of dowel bars handling charges fabrication charges including labour for fixing in position and bending to shape etc., complete 3 Earthworkexcavationinallclassofsoilsexcepthardrocksrequiringblastingsuchashardstiftclaycottonhardearthshalesmurramsgravelstoneyearthandearthmixedwithsmallsize withinitialleadandliftincludingallincidentialchargessuchasremovingboulderssharing,strutting,wateringbailingoutwateritnecessaryincludingalllabourchargesetc.,Completeforfoundation. 4 Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One Cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification. 5 Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and struttingfor drainage sides andculvert body wall sidesusing M.S Sheets of size90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifenedwith welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boardinglaid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete Complying with Standard Specification as per TNDSS No.30&86 (For Side Wall,Deck slab & Retainingwall) up to 1.00m Height a) Grade Beam and Footing Side 6 b) Column 7 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all Reinforced Cement Concrete items of work including cost of steel, transporting, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding etc., including cost of binding wire etc., complete as per standard specificaitons. 8 Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - 9 Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M- Sand) using new best II Class Bricks of size9 ” x 4 3/8 “x 2 3/4 ”from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.(For 10 M3) 10 Plastering in cement mortar 1:5 mix (one Cement and five sand) 12 mm thicketc., complete as per standard specification. 11 Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of 1st class quality and of approved color over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc., complete and including necessary plaster of paris putty wherever required 12 Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications. 13 Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2. 14 Supplying and Fixing Pipe Line including all labour charges etc. Completed.
