Tender For Construction Of Swd At Ward No 01, Ponnachipudur Kugalur Roadin P.Mettupalayam Town Panchayat.; 1 Earth work Excavation and depositing on Bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2 m in Hard still clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20 B for foundationMORTH 24 & 25. 2 Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one part of cement, andfour part of sand, and eight part ofcoarse aggregate) using hard broken granite stone jelly of 40 mm gauge for foundation levelling course, including shuttering, dewatering wherever necessary and laid I layers of not more than 15cm thick complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers including all cost & conveyance of materials laying curing etc., complete as per TNDSS No 28V,VI(S2),VI(S54) and VII 3 Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and srtutting upto 3.29mm height for plane surfaces in all floors with cross bracings using miled steel sheets of size 30cm x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with miled steel sheets of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding and laid over silver oak (country wood).Joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm dia spaced at about90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification ans as directed for the following items as per TNDSS No 30 & 86 4 Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part cement, two part sand and four part of aggrigate) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge. 5 Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - 6 Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel or deformed steel bars for all Reinforced Cement Concrete items of work including cost of steel, transporting, straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding etc., including cost of binding wire etc., complete as per standard specificaitons. 7 Finishing the top of flooring with granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete . 8 Providing Galvalume sheet roofing using 6mm thick including all cost of materials at the site and necessary bolt and nots including all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification.
