Withdrawing And Lowering Electro-Mechanical Works At Ahmadpur Ws Scheme Phi Under Sainthia Block In The District Of Birbhum, Under Bolpur Mechanical Division, Phe. Dte.-2 Carrying Charges of materials like 2 set submersible set, 3 no 80 mm UPVC column pipe(3 mtr), 25 meter 3core 4sq.mm flat cable, 1 set panel, 1 set Chlorine Machine etc by road from Patelnagar Godown to Ahmadpur w/s Scheme and 2 set submersible from Ahmadpur w/s Scheme to Patelnagar godown including loading, packing, unloading and stacking charges etc. complete as per direction of EIC. 3 Supply delivery at site of 4sqmm 3 core 1.1 KV Grade flat submersible copper conductor cable . (Make:-Finolex / Gloster / Polycab / Mescab / or any Approved Vendor list of PHED.) 4 Supply, delivery and drawing at site of 19/16 Copper cable as per direction of EIC. (Make:-Finolex / Gloster / Polycab / Mescab / or any Approved Vendor list of PHED.) 5 Supply & Delivery of 80mm dia. N.R.V (PN-1.0 rating) as per IS5312, Make: IVI/Jupiter/cair/approved make.MOC & TC needed for valve. 6 Lowering pump motor set along with all column pipemakingpower line & delivery line connection complete as per direction of EIC.(Including of extra lowering of 3 nos 80mm 3 mtr column pipe) 7 Repairing of voltage stabilizer with all supplied materials and other necessary wire, minor materials, hardware etc., by engaging skilled personnel, filling of transformer oil and testing with full load condition as per direction of EIC. 8 Fitting fixing of panel,rewiring of the burntout control circuit and power circuit with the supply of necessary gauge of cu.wire,indicating lamp selector switch,push button,power termional etc.socketing all the leads properly for proper fitting by engaging skilled electrician as per direction of EIC. 9 Fitting fixing of the Chlorine Machine by supplied materials including old servicible materials after proper washing and cleaningalong with supply of other necessary materials,minor repairing and modification of pipeline& overhauling the whole system as per direction of EIC. The rate includes labour charges and carriage of materials. 10 Supply and delivery of energy efficient LED street light fixture with IP66 and IK06 protected LM high pressure alluminium di cast housing with polycarbonate cover capable of delivery standard lumen output as follows .The lens plate should be bolted to the metal core PCB should not be glued . The driving current should be more than 700 mA . It should have internal surge protection of minium 4kv , lumen /watt >100, Drivier efficiency > 85% ,PF >0.95, THD<10% . 11 Havels LSSCRX2462 for 45 W/ Philips BRP 409 LED 068 CW HE NR FG . (TC needed at the time of delivery). 12 Energy efficient LED light (18 W) as per requirement and as per direction of EIC. ( Make : Philips, Havels or any approved list of PHED) 13 Supply delivery at site of 4sqmm 2 core Aluminium Armoured cable . (Make:-Finolex / Gloster / Polycab / Mescab / or any Approved Vendor list of PHED.) 14 Fixing of above supplied outdoor type LED light fitting on pole, providing wiring with 2 x 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated sigle core copper cable (approved make) from loop box at the base of pole to light fitting through pole & bracket including making connection. 15 Fixing above supplied LED light fitting complete with all accessories directly on wall/ceiling/HW round block and suitable size of MS fastener 16 Blocking of a window ( 4 x 3) with 125 mm thick brickwork with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) & bothsidePlaster with sand & cement mortar includgrounding off or chamfering corners as directed a ramming out joints or roughening of concretesurface by chamfering etc. including threading noising and drip course where necessary.i) With 1:6 cement mortar.15 mm thick plaster(for outside) i) With 1:4 cement mortar.10 mm thick plaster(for inside) 17 Add GST @ 18% 18 Add Cess @ 1%
