    Tender For Precision Membrane Casting Machine => Limited; 1. Doctors Blade Size shall be 1100mm X 75mm X 10mm or above 2. Material of Doctors Blade should be SS 316L Grade 3. The speed of the travel should be digitally visible on the Control Panel and the same should be Fine Adjustable within 05 mm/min 4. The Peristaltic Pump and service lube for solution supply to the Doctors Blade should be provided and fitted with the assembly. 5. Minimum 03 Glass Plates (size 1100mm X 1200mm X 10mm) of the Highest Flatness should be supplied. 6. The Blade gap should be adjustable using Mechanical Plunger Dial Gauges mounted on the assembly. 7. Power Requirement should be 230 V AC, Single Phase. 8. Overall Size of the Machine should not be more than 1300MM x 1300MM x 300MM 9. Overall Weight ofthe Machine should not be more than 50 Kgs.
