Tender For Strengthening The Road From Thollamur To Eraiyurroadkm 0/0-0/700; 1 Strengthening the Road from thollamur to EraiyurRoadKm 0/0-0/700 2 Clearing the scrub jungles including all labour charges for all labour charges etc complete. 3 Earthwork excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting and depositing on bank with all leads and lifts as per SS20A 4 Picking the existing damaged BT surface to 3 - 5cm deep inccluding all labour charges 5 LayingUS GRAVEL including cost and conveyance and stacking at site to departmental gauge for taking pre measurements by departmental officers and including labour charges for spreading the gravelas per standard specification etc. complete. 6 Km 0/0-0/725 7 Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. 8 Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it. 9 Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., 10 Bituminous macadam 50mm thick 11 BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25, 30/40 MMTHICK USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5 12 Provision of 15 nos of rumble strips covered with premix bituminous carpet, 15 - 20 mm high at centre, 250 mm wide placed at 1 m center-to-centre at approved locations to control speed, marked with white strips of road marking paint. 13 Provision for HM 75 x 23 x 10 14 Provision for Name board and Photographic charges 15 GST Amount for providing Service to Government Contract Works for the above Construction Works. { GST Amount is the Total GST Amount for total overall quoted amount above this row in column BB for all works in this package}
