The fine screen (2 Nos.; 1 W+1S) installed in sequence shall be made in SS316L using flat bars of 3 mm thick, 50 mm wide and spacing of 5 mm, tear shape and dimensions of the bar screen as per design approved by engineer. The grit and oil filter separation unit shall be also provided in SS 316 L with interconnecting pipeline made in 90 mm HDPE PE-100 PN-6 as per IS 14333 (amended up to date), necessary fittings while maintaining the hydraulic levels with capacity of removing grease, oil and grit particles having specific gravity 2.85 with removal efficiency of 80%.
