tender for Work-02 - Supply, installation, testing & commissioning OF 4 MTR HERITAGE DECORATIVE POLE WITH DECORATIVE LIGHT AND OTHER ELECTRICAL MATERIAL IN MAIN MARKET PAOTA Sl. No. Item Description 1 Supply and erection of Decorative Cast Iron pole as per approved design of following length with base plate on the cement concrete foundation of M-15 grade (1:1.5:3) with the help of anchor bolts of grade 6.8 (IS 1367 P III). The pole shall be made of Cast Iron as per IS 210:1993, precision machining and filling job to achieve good finish and a fine coat of primer on each element before assembling. After assembling of each element one coat of primer and two coats of P.U. paint are applied. Approved coloured UV resist coating of mat/ glossy/ metallic finish followed after air drying of pole. The pole shall have a weatherproof flush door and locking arrangements, one arm bracket of length of 430/380mm complete in all respect. 4.0 Mtr. 2 Providing & Fixing of IK08 IP65 protected Top/Bottom mounted LED Post top Luminarie made of single piece construction powder coated die cast alluminium housing with UV stabalized Clear / frosted Polycarbonate diffuser and Aluminium anodised with sand blast reflector. The System level Luminous efficacy ≥ 100 Lumen/W. SMD LEDs is to be used, System CRI>70, CCT: 3000/4000/6500 K. The integral electronic driver must be potted & has a unique BIS R number must be potted & has a unique BIS R number constant current and Internal/external surge protection device of min. 4KV(L-N) and efficiency > 85%, PF>0.9, THD<10% and input Voltage range of 140-270V AC at 50Hz. System life of 50000 Burning hours with 70% of Initial Lumens maintained . Driver current <750mA. Fixture must be in compliance with BIS Standards and Trade mark Certificate complete in all respect.OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for LED fixtures. (LM79/LM80) Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annexure A attached with this BSR .20mm x 3mm copper strip 7 Providing & Fixing of 240/415 V AC MCB with positive isolation of 10 kA breaking capacity (B/ C/D tripping characteristic as per type of load and site requirement) 4 KV impulse withstand voltage, ISI marked IS 8828(1996) / conforming to IEC 60898-1 2002, IEC 60947-2, low watt losses, trip free mechanisum , energy limiting of class 3 as per IEC, minimum phase termination capacity of 35sq.mm. , conductor line load reversibility , IP 20 contact protection and fitted in existing distribution board/sheets, minimum electrical operation 20,000 upto 20 A rating and 10,000 upto 63 A, 5000 for 80 A & above rating including making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test reports & All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. To 6 Mtr. 9 150 mm DN/ID HDPE DWC (External Annular Corrugated and smooth internal walls) SN-8 as per IS 16098 part 2 10 Supply & Laying following size B class , G.I. Pipe confirming to IS : 1239 P - 1 ( 2004 ) with accessories like bend, socket etc. for laying earth conductor/ strip / cable in ground/ surface/ recess as required. For additional technical parameters of products/ work , refer Annex ure A attached with this BSR . 100 mm dia. 11 Laying Charges for cable through Vermeer machine by making pit at regular interval and repairing the pit after laying of cable with PCC/ Bitumin as required. 12 Labour charges for Trimming of tree branches/plants and prepairing route approaches for electric proposed line complete with prior permission of local authority in writing , taking proper shutdown from discom office and inform to DISCOM after complete the work. 13 Supply and fixing of 11kV, 400 Amp 3 pole, central pot rotating double break type isolator (IS:9921 part I toV) without earth blade operating mechanism with GI spring loaded reverse loop type fixed contact, solid hard drawn electolytic copper tubular moving contact with silver/ nickel plated at end points, 9 nos post insulator of 12 kV (IS:2554 & IS 5350 part III), hot dipped galvanising hard ware, nut, bolts etc complete in all respect as per Discom specification etc. as required.
