XLPE insulated armoured and extruded PVC type ST2 outer sheathed as per IS:7098(Part-I)2011 with Upto date amendments. 15 Supply, Delivery and storage at site 4 Core 1.1 KV Grade 1.5 Sq. mm. XLPE insulated armoured and extruded PVC type ST2 outer sheathed as per IS:7098(Part-I)2011 with Upto date amendments. 16 Supply, delivery and storage at site 3 Core X 4 Sqmm 1.1 KV Grade flat submersible copper conductor cable as per IS:694. 17 Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed. 18 Laying of cable as below 50 Sqmm, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI wire. 19 Construction of 250 mm dia Flowmeter chamber in different sizes for village road where light traffic run and for main road where heavy traffic run as deptt.approved drawing with 25cm thick brick work (1:6) over cement concrete (4:2:1) over a single B/F soling over150mm.thick sand filling in foundation including earth work in excavation and disposal of excess earth from work site with RCC (1:1.5:3) cover slab 100mm / 150mm thick slab on top of chamber with 1% reinforcement in RCC cover slab with necessary opening for operation of valve all complete including cost of labour & materials as per Departmental Dwg. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm. 23 Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m, i) Tor steel/Mild Steel I. SAIL/ TATA/RINL 24 Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 25 Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu.m of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer, designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456, transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer towork site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work compacting and curing the same complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixerwith all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its supporting staging which would be paid through separate item.
