Daily housekeeping in washroom and its vicinity areas. - Daily cleaning of all floor areas of the washroom and its vicinity areas by daily brooming, vacuum cleaning, and moping. - All surface and floors shall be free of dirt, mud, grime, smudges, sand, footprints, liquid spills, and other debris. - Thorough cleaning and sanitization of washrooms, bathrooms, wash basins using suitable non- abrasive cleaners and disinfectants. - Cleaning of mirrors, glass doors, glass windows, etc. - Cleaning and disinfecting all vitreous fixtures including toilet bowls, urinals, and sinks. 2. Waste Management: - Daily segregation of all the waste (plastic waste, food waste and general waste etc.) into dry and wet garbage. - Daily disposal of biomedical/general waste from toilets and disposal in designated area as per site engineer. - Cleaning of septic tank in respective toilet is also under vendor scope. - All dustbins should also be properly cleaned in weekly basis and dustbin bags should be replaced daily while emptying garbage. 3. Chemicals to be used in toilet cleaning: - Phynile, Air freshener, crew-Bathroom Cleaner, Suma Drain, Soft care star, R7(Floor Cleaner), toiler paper, soap, etc. to be used and all are in scope of vendor. All the supplies should be properly maintained and should be refilled as per requirement. 4. Housekeeping equipment/materials for toilet cleaning: - Vacuum cleaner, plastic bucket, caddy bucket, wet mop, dry mop, dusting cloth, garbage bag, mugs, hard broom and soft broom, hand gloves, glass wiper, toilet brush etc. are under vendor scope. - The vendor needs to maintain a suitable stocks for the above-mentioned materials to avoid any last-minute rush. 5. Frequency of cleaning: Four times a day. - Morning (Before 09:00 AM) - Before Lunch (Around 12:30 PM) - In between 03:00PM to 03:30 PM - Before completion of general shift. 6. Vendor needs to maintain daily logbook, complaint register, maintenance register and daily checklist and other important documents and submit the same with monthly invoice to user department for invoice processing. 7. Vendor shall arrange uniforms, personal protective equipment, and technical training for its manpower. 8. Vendor will be responsible to arrange documents required for the labor license, PF etc. along which is compliance to local regulations which are required to perform the subject services. Cleaning frequency of outside built toilets: - Four times in a day for each of the toilets. Implementation of digital checklist in toilet: - There should be a provision and implementation of digital checklist for each of the toilets.
