Distance between MW building MAND, Udhampur (from where Power Plant unit alongwith all accessories is to be shifted)to RNC UNMS site Udhampur =15KM. (approx.)2. | 3 | Shifting & installation of Battery set (1500 AH) from Corridor of RNC UNMS site Udhampur to respective Battery room complete including following:-1. Manual dragging of Battery sets from Main Entrance Corridor of the UNMS building upto respective Battery room.2. Positioning / Placing the batteries at desired location in Battery room and stacking of the battery cells in desired configuration with existing frame, making connections of the battery terminals, proper tightening, complete as required.3. Making connections of the battery cells with existing connection strips in desired configuration with proper tightening complete as per site requirement. Note: - Distance of shifting/ manual dragging from Main corridor of UNMS bldg. to Battery room = 100 mtr. (approx.) |
| 4 | Making arrangement for conducting Acceptance Testing of 1500 AH, 48 V Battery Bank for 350 A DC Load (max) for minimum 10 Hours as per specifications complete with providing skilled manpower, Artificial load Bank of required rating, suitable rating cables with thimbles, nut bolts etc. for connections to artificial load bank complete with providing insulating layer / sand etc. so as to avoid any damage to floor/ building as per site requirement |
| 5 | Making arrangement for conducting Acceptance Testing of950 APower Plant for 350 A DC Load (max) for minimum 8 Hours as per specifications complete with providing skilled manpower, Artificial load Bank of required rating, suitable rating cables with thimbles, nut bolts etc. for connections to artificial load bank complete with providing insulating layer / sand etc. so as to avoid any damage to floor/ building as per site requirement. |

| 7 | SITC of 400 Amps rating DC Disconnector unit complete with supplying and fixing of following accessories on 12 mm thick Bakelite sheet (Approx.1 feet x 2 feet). of suitable size including drilling holes in Bakelite sheet making connections complete with installation of the unit on existing Tray/ Stand/ frame as required at site:-i) 400 A boltedtype HRC Fuse suitable for operation on 48 V DC supply.ii) 2 strip, 600 A Tinned copper Bus Bar (approx.300 mm long) installed on Heavy duty insulators including making holes in Bus Bar for 400 A bolted types DC fuse & for fixing of incoming and outgoing cable of size 185 sqmm. |
