Hiring Of Super Sucker Machine For Removal Of Heavy Blockages In Of Deep Sewer Lines Under Jurisdiction Of Ee(D)-042.- 1 Desilting of Trunk/ Peripheral sewer line by hiring of super sucker machine having sufficient capacity for effective depth upto 10 mtrs i/c 20 HP submersible pump set with electric panel board, 62.5 KVA diesel generator suction hose pipe with all fitting i/c cost of manpower (1 qualifiedengg., 2 nos operator and cost of de+iesel, lubricants insurance, safety equipments, mobilation charges etc. All complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge for 8 hrs. shift per day. 2 Plugging of the existing sewer line and manhole with 02 nos. MS sheet 6mm thick with angle iron frame and braces shutter to be shutted with wooden struts and filling the manhole with empty cement (PVC) bags filled with earth up to suitable depth to avoid leakage the sewerage on the u/s side to be pumped with suitable nos. and capacity of pumps, till the work is completed so as to keep reduce the pressure to be required extent to the plugged manhole. Neccessary arrangement to be made for pumping of any leakage noticed in the manhole or to re-plug in case of heavy leakage. The steel shutters and the earth filled PVC cement bags shall be removed after the completion of work and then the manhole shall be desilted. 400 to 550mm 3 Plugging of the existing sewer line and manhole with 02 nos.
