Tender For Development work in Hindu Antar Society Achaltal Aligarh - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.as per SI No 251 2 Providing and Laying C.C. in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 C.Sand : 8 graded Brick Ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation. etc. completework as per S.I.No. 275 C 3 Providing and Laying R.C.C. in 1:1.5:3 (1Cement, 1.5 Part of Coarse Sand and 3 part of approved 20mm grade stone ballast)in Column including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I No 5.1.2 (a) 4 Providing and Laying R.C.C. in 1:1.5:3 (1Cement, 1.5 Part of Coarse Sand and 3 part of approved 20mm grade stone ballast)in Beam. Roof etcincluding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I No 5.3 5 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. Work ready to use cut & bend as per 5.22 B.1 6 Half Brick Masonary with Class-150 (Non Modular) Brick Work in 1:4 (One Part Cement and Four Part Coarse sand ) mortar in super-structure including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I No 6.13.2 7 P/F Stainless Steel (Grade 304) Railing Work including all Work as per SI No.10.28 8 Fixing to Steel Chaukhats in position. 9 Providing and Laying Vitrified tiles Anti skid 600 x 600mm size (thickness 10mm), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacture in desired colours and shades, laid with cement based high polymer modiied quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, including grouting of Joint.as per Item No.11.41.4 10 12mm th. Cement Plaster in 1:4 (1Cement : 6 Coarse Sand) mortar over Brick work with finished even and smooth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I .No.13.4.2 11 P/F of Ceramic glazed tiles over 12 mm th cement mortar 1:3 as per SI no. 11.37 A 12 P/F of 18 mm th Granite Stone on Stair Case over 1:4 cement mortar as per SI no. 8.2.2.2 13 Providing Edge Moulding to 18 mm th. Granite Stone including machine Polishing to edge to give high glossy finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engg-in-Charge 14 S/Fixing of InformatorySign Board includingPainting & Letteringetc. as per given specification complete work at site.
