Repair and Maintenance of Departmental Vehicle Mahendra Bolero JK02AW 5795 of Jal Shakti (PHE) GWD Division Jammu- 1 Engine oil and differential oil change – job includes charges for complete change/removal public removal of M.oil and gear oil from engine and differential of the vehicle along with oil filters and then providing/fitting of new M.oil (15W40)-60 ltrs (for engine), Gear oil-02 litres (for differential) and P/F of new filters. M.oil filter 01 no. Diesel filter – 01 no. Air filter – 01 no. in place of old filters (complete job includes cost of material and labour charges) Fan belt, fan, water body complete job. 2 Repair to front and rear suspension – Repair to rear suspension system of the vehicle by way of dismantling of leaf spring assembly by way of dismantling of leaf spring assembly by way of removing damage leaf spring and damaged bushes and providing fitting of leaf spring main-02 no’s complete rear suspension bush kit. The job also includes cambering of leaf spring assembly and fitment. Job also includes repairs/replacement of front suspension including shock absorbers and other allied material. Complete job includes cost 3 Four wheel checking and greasing: job includes repair to four wheel system of the vehicle by way of dismounting of wheels and removal of worn out parts. Providing and fitting of new brake lining rear set for each rear wheel along with rivets and disc pad 1 No. set for each front wheel, oil seals (front and rear – 04 Nos), wheel bearing front and rear (both inner and outer). Axle gasket 02 nos ad allied parts by replacing the damaged ones, grease – 3 kg, wheel spring – 02 nos slack adjusted/ adjuster 02 nos. Complete job include cost of material and labour charges. 4 Dismantling of self starter p/f of self armature, self binding, carbon, bush and refitting the same complete job. 5 Refitting of electrical system of the vehicle by dismantling old worn out parts with new. Providing fitting of new 1 No. ECM Unit, providing fitting of new head lamps alongwith tubes. Complete job.
