Tender For Fabrication Mf Ii Kolathara - The Fabrication Of Line Materials Utilizing The Available Stock Of Raw Materials-1 Fabricating 16mm stay rod of length 1.70m for LT lines using departmental 16mm dia M. S. rods as per design including marking, shearing, leveling, threading one end to a length of 5 cm suitable to nut available in the market, making a round hook in the other end and welding the joint and stacking the finished products at suitable places in such a manner that the items can be easily countable in numbers, as per the direction of Departmental officers etc. complete. (charges including of cost of labour& welding elelctrode and consumables etc.) 2 Fabricating Anchor plate of size 200x200 mm 6 mm thick plate for 16 mm stay rod (LT Stay rod) by using departmental 6 mm MS plate of any size by cutting in prescribed size of 200x200 mm, providing 20mm hole in centre of plate by drilling including removal of rust and chipping of flux and stacking in appropriate places as per the direction of Departmental officers in site in such a manner that the product can be easily counted. 3 Fabricating packing clamp (U Clamp) of length 16 cm for 4 line cross arms/ 2 line cross arm using MS flat 40x6mm (Departmental free issue) with 1 No. 20 mm dia hole bending into U shape form as per the specified drawing etc. complete including conveying the raw materials and stacking the finished products and scrap in the suitable places in such a manner that the item can be easily counted in numbers as per the direction of departmental officers etc complete. 4 Fabricating 0.1 m long MS Cleats using 90x90x8 mm MS Angles as per design including cutting levelling, punching etc complete and stacking the finished goods in suitable places in such a manner that the item can be easily counted in number as per the direction of departmental officers (labour charge only)
