Store Center Unnao to diff. work dump site along with loading unloading and propoer stocking. 8 T/F 250 KVA 11/0.4 KV 9 T/F 100 KVA 11/0.4 KV 10 T/F 63 KVA 11/0.4 KV 11 T/F 25 KVA 11/0.4 KV 12 Dismantling of following Transformer by opening of H.V./L.V. connections and its removal from Plinth / Double Pole with Safe Carriage from work site to dump site along with loading unloading and propoer stocking. 13 T/F 100 KVA 11/0.4 KV 14 T/F 63 KVA 11/0.4 KV 15 T/F 25 KVA 11/0.4 KV 16 T/F 16 KVA 11/0.4 KV 17 T/F 10 KVA 11/0.4 KV 18 Erection of PCC Double Pole (11 KV Line) including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories along with cartage & dragging from dump site to pit site including all associated work. 19 Erection of PCC Single Pole (HT/LT) line including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories along with cartage & dragging from dump site to pit site including all associated work. 20 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 21 Clamp for Top and Dropper channel with N&B 22 Mounting of following Transformer on double pole including its cartage and dragging from dump site to pit site & installation and commissioning of T/Fs and All the jumpering & connection with the system are included in the scope of work. (All the required materials as 04 nos.-Al. Lugs for each T/F, Nut & bolts for S/S Angle etc for this job shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs and LT PVC Cable) 23 T/F 250 KVA 11/0.4 KV 24 T/F 100 KVA 11/0.4 KV 25 T/F 63 KVA 11/0.4 KV 26 T/F 25 KVA 11/0.4 KV 27 Construction of masonry type T/F plinth, suitable for mounting of distribution transformer. Size of the plinth will be 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr (LxBxH) solid with brick work. 75 mm thick C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand and brick ballast laid on the base and 75 mm thick done on all the exposed sides to the plinth as per RESPO norms. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 28 Earthing of Neutral of Transformer & Transformer body by way of boring and lowering of ‘B’ class G.I. Pipe 1.5” dia from ground up to the water level (Minimum 40 ft. Deep) with a solid cone at the lower end of G.I. pipe. Connecting and bringing out contineous G.I. Strip size 32X5 mm. from the cone to the ground surface where it will be connected with G.I. pipe clamp from which Transformer neutral & Body connection being done by G.I. Strip as per RESPO norms . (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 29 Fabrication and erection of Distribution Transformer fencing around Transformer and L.T. Distribution Pillar Box with frame size 3x2.4 Mtr. Including cost of M.S. Angle size 40x40x5 and M.S. Flat size 35x5, fixing of welded steel wire fabric on steel frames by welding of 10SWG wire fabric, including Painting of two coats of paint in iron based surfaces with ready mixed paint to give bus green shade including cleaning of oil & dust as per RESPO norms. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor) 30 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 31 Al. Lugs/Clamps of diff. sizes as per cautal need 32 Laying of LT PVC Cable of size 1X120 SQ MM/3.5x150 sq mm/3.5x70 sq mm from Transformer to LT Fuse Unit system including all associated work. (All the required materials for above job shall be provided by contractor except LT PVC Cable) 33 Making T-off arrangement including fabrication & fitting of accessories. 34 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 35 Holding clamp for T-off Channel with N&B 36 Grouting of PCC/ST Pole as per RESPO Norms with grouting materials. 37 Earthing as per RESPO Norms. 38 Digging of pits, fixing nuzzling and grouting of stay rods as per RESPO Norms with grouting materials. 39 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 40 Stay Clamp with N&B 41 Laying stringing and sagging of O/H 11 KV Line Three Phase by ACSR Weasel Conductor including all associated work with joint/jumpers and binding of insulator as required. 42 Laying stringing and sagging of O/H Three Phase L.T. Line by ABC of diff. size including all associated work with joint/jumpers and binding of insulator as required. 43 Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job- 44 L.T.
