Tender For New Construction Work Of Tikri Bujurg To Biharka Road. - Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byEngineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 2 Construction of subgrade with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads. transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead up to 1000 m as per Technical specification cause 303.1. including Stablization with 2% slaked lime including its mixing with rotabator complete. 3 Construction of Granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with 2% Cement (OPC) with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achive the desired density complete as per clause 401. 4 Providing , laying, spreading material on a prepared subgradeadding cement @ 4% by weight of the spread material manually mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achive the desired unconfined strength and to form a layer of sub base. 5 Providing and applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen using bitumen pressure dristributor @ 0.35 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 6 Providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat .
