Tender For The Work Of Construction Of 11 Kv/Lt Line And Other Associate Work At Side Pay Jal Yojna And Other Deposit Work Under Full Deposite Scheem At Various Place Under Edd Iv Sadabad - Safe Carriage of following material from Electricty store centerHts to Pit site of work through the Kacha and Pakka road includingloading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, etc. which required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-50 Kms.) 2 11 Mtr long STP Poles. 3 8.5 Mtr PCC Pole 4 11 KV X-Arms, weasal conductor, G.I wire,Disc Insulators, Pin insulators, clamps Abc Bunch and otherrequired line material, if any. 5 Safe Carriage of following from Electricty Store center Hathras to Pit Site of Work through the Kacha and Pakka roadloading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, etc. which required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-50 Kms.) 6 10/16/25/63 KVA T/F 7 Errection of following Poles including Cutting & Grouting of kharanja/mettalic road/concrete portion while digging pit & complete H.T./L.T. fittings as per RESPO manual and as per direction of Engineer Incharge including the cost of labour, T&P and carrier etc. required for proper completion of work. 8 Double pole complete fitting of STP/PCC Pole 9 8.5 Mtr long pcc Poles. 10 11/13 Mtr long STP Poles. 11 Errection and grouting of stays as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of supervising engineer. Grouting material i.e. cement, sand, brick ballast/stone ballast etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 12 Fixing of earthing rod as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of supervising engineer. 13 Laying, sagging and stringing and jumpering / binding etc. ofnew &old ACSR Weasal conductor / GIin 11 KV / LT lines as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer. 14 ACSR Weasel conductor 15 Fixing of FollowingAccessirious 16 11 KV TPMO 17 Providing & Fixing Different Type of clamp 18 Installation offollowing T/F on newly constructed double pole in proper alignment direction & making HT/LT connection. 19 10/16/25/63 KVA T/F 20 Guarding of 11 KV line by laying, stringing, sagging and binding of 2 Nos. parallel GI wire after providing, fabrication and fixing of guarding angle and fabrication and fixing of X-guards (Tillis) of GI wire at distance of 3 Mtr. 21 Installation of extra T on the erected poles wherever required alongwith all fitting as per direction of supervising engineer including the cost of labour, T&P etc, required for proper completion of work. The T pole shall be grouted with cement, sand and brick ballast/stone ballast in ratio 1:4:8 including the cost of material. 22 Cutting, chopping, triming of tree branches to clear the line route to give2 mtr. horizontal and vertical clearance to the line coming in the route ofdifferent feeders as per direction of supervising engineer
