Tender For Reconstruction work of aqueduct at Km 15.000 of Parauri drain - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundationincluding dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. 2 Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. 3 Providing and laying in position Reinforcement Cement Concrete of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. 4 Providing and laying in position Reinforcement Cement Concrete of 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. 5 Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete of 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. 6 Centering and shuttering for C.C. work including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, base etc. Below bed. 7 Centering and shuttering for C.C. work including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for piers, abutments, pillars, above bed. 8 Centering and shuttering for R.C.C. Workincluding strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work. 9 Supplying Laying of one layer of Tar felt I.S.I marked at the junction of wall and roof or any place i/c necessary overlap giving a coat of approved mastic paint below the tar felt i/c cost of all material ,labour and T&P. Etc complete. 10 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated (TMT)bars of grade Fe-500D or more 11 Supplying and filling EC bags with earth filled and placing In position with in 60 mtr distance for making Bundh includingall cost of material, labour and T&P. Etc. Complete. 12 Earth work in excavation by mechanical /manual including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in charge. 13 Filling available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 and for all Lift etc complete. 14 S/F 75mm dia upvc pipe(working pressure 4kg/ sqm) single socketed pipe 15 Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On Concrete work. 16 Dewatering by 10 H.P.pump set i/c all complete the work. 17 Dry brick on edge flooring /Kharanjawith bricks of class designation 7.5 onincluding filling joints with Local sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.
