Tender For Divider, Tile, Railing Repair And Painting Work On Other District Roads In Ghaziabad District - Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and inlcuding all texes but excluding GST. 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and inlcuding all texes but excluding GST. 3 Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements having thickness80mmasperdrawingsand Technical Specification Clause 1504. (ISI MARK INTERLOKING TILES) including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and inlcuding all texes but excluding GST. 4 Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and inlcuding all texes but excluding GST.(as per SOR-289) 5 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge). including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and inlcuding all texes but excluding GST.(As per DSR-2021 Sl. No.-16.69) 6 First class Brick Work in 1:4 one cement & four Coarse sand of 2.20 F.M. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. requried for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and inlcuding all texes but excluding GST.(as per SOR -305a) 7 Cement Concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and inlcuding all texes but excluding GST. (As per SOR-279a) 8 12 mm thick plaster with cement and coarse sand of 1.25 fineness modules in 1:4 over brick work minimum thickness not to be less than 1cm. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and inlcuding all texes but excluding GST. (as per SOR -384 new item) 9 Providing wall putty on new surface with approved quality material of Berger/ J.K./Birla or similar make 2 coats. including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and inlcuding all texes but excluding GST.(As per SOR-15.22 New Item) 10 Painting or varnishing with valsper or other approved high grade enamel or superior synthetic clean varnish complete one coat over (every subsequent coat on previously treated) previously painted surface including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and inlcuding all texes but excluding GST.
