Supplying, fabrication, assembling of BOW STRING type steel structure of 02 lane Roadway width of 63.5 m Span (Approximately) including bearing, bearing coat and expansion joint etc. conforming to all steel plates used in fabrication of bridge are of grade Fe 490 B0 only ISMB 600 is of grade Fe 410B0 as per latest RDSO drawing conforming to IS code, erection / slewing / end launching of steel girders with cranes or any other approved launching methods as per site conditions (not requiring traffic block) on sub-structure including provision of trolley refuges etc. complete as per approved QAP and drawings conforming to IRS-B1-2001 and other relevant codes and specifications. Note : 1. Detailed fabrication and erection drawings & launching methodology will be prepared by the contractor and got approved from RDSO Railway. 2. The rate is inclusive of fabrication, transportation, erection, launching & fabrication of all types of battens, bracings, ties, stiffeners, packing, diaphragms, painting/metalising, shop rivets/welding, T&F/HSFG bolts, all type of Nut/Bolt, drifts, shop welds, templates, jigs, fixtures, materials, labour, major & minor machines, consumables and any other centering shuttering, launching nose etc. i.e. quoted rates are from procurement to launching nothing extra shall be paid against quoted rate. 3. The fabrication/vendor must be enpanelled/approved by RDSO & the material used by vender/fabricator as per RDSO / specification. 4. The payment shll be made on the theoritcal weight of main components and guest plates only. 5. Payment Schedule : (i) Receipt of material at site : 40% (ii) Fabrication of griders : 20% (iii) Erection/Launching : 20% (iv) Completion in all respects : 20%
