Tender For Widening And Strengthening Of Mau-Garoutha Link Road In Km 1 To 11 (Mdr). - Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavatorincludingcutting and loadingintippers,trimmingbottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within allliftsand lead upto 1000m 2 Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundationof other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2. 3 Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirment of table 300-2. As per Ref. to MoRTH Spec no-301+305. 4 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from roadway with all lifts ane leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300-2 complete as per M.O.R.T.&H. specification clause 305. complete in all respects. 5 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material,mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreadingin uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401. 6 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 7 Providing, laying, Spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate (WMM) with 1% OPC cement, (ACC, Birla Uttam, J.K. Super Brand and 3.5% Emulsion specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/coarse on well prepared surface and compacting withvibratory roller to achieve the desire density. 8 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 9 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 Percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mixto work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achievethe desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (Two layer 70 mm & 65 mm thick) 10 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hotmix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory andtandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 507. 11 Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 12 Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches (S.I. No.251). 13 Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km.(5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Rate is Including Royality) (S.I. No.255). 14 Cement concrete with 4 cm (1.5)gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6 : 3 : 1 including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No.280). 15 Random course rubble masonary in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth, including supply of material as order by the Engineer-in-charge, labour, T&P etc, required for proper completion of work (Ch.-8, Additional Item-2). 16 Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets .(350 mm dia). 17 Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets. (1000 mm dia). 18 Raised pointing with cement and Fine sand 1.25 F.M. mortar on brick work in proportion of 1 :2, including supply of all material, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work (S.I. No.577). 19 Cement concrete with 2 cm gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 4 : 2 : 1 including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (S.I. No.279 (New Item-a)). 20 Supply and fixing of 75mm dia PVC spouts including supply of material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No. New Item-4 (Ch-19) 21 R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour& T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. No-283(i). 22 Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of all steel and wastage & overlapping & hooks. No. 504) 23 Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification. 24 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from roadway with all lifts ane leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Table 300-2 complete as per M.O.R.T.&H. specification clause 305. complete in all respects. 25 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 26 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 27 Kilometer stone. 28 5th Kilometer stone. 29 Hectometer. 30 The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost (0%) 31 The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost (0.25% Construction Cost) 32 The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost (0.50% Construction Cost) 33 The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost (0.75% Construction Cost) 34 The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost (1% Construction Cost)
