    Tender For Construction work of synthetic track in Atal Children Park. - Providing and laying Synthetic EPDM surface of thickness consisting base layer of 9 mm thick recycled SBR rubber granules bound in polyurethane and 6 mm thick top layer of coloured EPDM rubber granules bound with polyurethane as per following specification on the existing pucca path as per direction of Engineer in-charge including 3 year free maintenance. a) 1st layer of PU/primer coat over the existing hard surface @ 0.25 /sqm. b) 2nd layer of 9 mm thick SBR rubber 1-4 mm @ 10 kg/sqm mixed with 16-18% single component sports surface PU binder manufactured by specialised sports surfacing company. c) 3rd layer of 6 mm thick coloured EPDM granules 1-3.5 mm of approved make mixed with 18-20% single component sports surface PU binder manufactured by specialised sports surfacing company
