Technical assessment to be done by supplier for installation plan and finalize with consultation and clearance from AM/NS India CSP MILL team. 2. Fabrication / construction of barricade panels and posts to be done at supplier’s place. 3. Final inspection of barricade panels to be done by AM/NS at supplier’s place before installation. 4. Required materials will be shifted to installation site is in supplier’s scope. If any replacement due to damages during transit, will be in supplier’s scope. 5. Installation and commissioning of barricade panels and controlled gates are in supplier’s scope. 6. All the supplies should cover 3-year warranty period. 7. Providing all required cables, wires, electric fitting, & fitting arrangement. 8. Anti-Climbed design of Wire Mesh & Anti-dust painting to be used for all equipment. 9.CAD design to be submit for approval before manufacturing of product. 10.Providing all labour for erection, installation, termination, commissioning for line wise safety fencing. 11.Providing additional accessories for Steel mesh safety fencing to complete project successfully. 12.All work to be carried out as per safety norms which shall be guided to AM/NS team during 13. Arranging the proper housekeeping after daily work completion & not leave the work site in an unsafe condition or any other condition that might cause injury to personnel, damage to existing work, plants or equipment. 15. Free servicing and repairing of installed Equipment’s during warranty periods. 16. Verify all installed equipment’s before declared the work completion and should be certified by user. 17. All the required tools and tackles are in supplier’s scope. 18. All the required PPEs are in supplier’s scope. 19. Design, Engineering, Supply, Erection, Installation, Commissioning of steel mesh safety fencing for process lines of CSP MILL. 20. Barricading polls / posts’ height will be 1.7 mtrs and 1 mtrs height and will be fixed on ground with anchor bolts at every 2.2 and 2 mtrs distance respectively. Additional adaptor plate will be fixed on Chequered plate of cable trench for poll mounting. 21. Mesh will be separately fixed on polls for easy dismantling while shut down jobs. (for fencing) 22.
