Tender For Planting, maintenance and repair work in public parks, Bikaner (ARC) - Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar. 2 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead. 3 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils 4 Carriage of Earth sand line Murom with all leads 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 6 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc.complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M20grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1cement :1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 7 Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in: Cement Mortar 1:6 (1-Cement :6-coarse sand). 8 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 20mm thick . 9 Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide 10 Stone work (machine cut edges) for Wall cladding/Veneering work up to 10m height with 20 to 30 mm thick Red Sand Stone (Karauli) and backing filled with a grout of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade :(To be secured to the backing by means of cramps which shall be paid separately) Exposed face machine cut 11 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade :Two or more coats on new work 12 Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm). 13 Supplying and fixing machine cutdressed 75 mm Pinksand stone (Bansi Paharpur) dasa/coping wth ornamental shape having moulding and PAN Shape engraving as per required pattern with engraving depth of 5 mm (average) in single piece of length 90 cm to be laid on cement mortar 1:4 (12 to 20mm thick) including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade. 14 Providing and fixing Stone jali 50mm thick Red/Pink sand stone as per ornamental designto fixed with white cement/epoxy mortar including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade. 15 Marking Centre Line and stop lines etc. on road as per IRC pattern withthermoplasticpaintofapprovedqualityandmakewith8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 160 C with a special applicator machinecomplete with a special applicator machine complete with labour material and traffic diversion arrangements. 16 Providing and fixing of reinforced Ferro-Cement drain covers designed for AA class loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75mm to 150 mm anti corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate , Rim and M.S. lifting hooks, Admixtures like plasticizer, bond improving compound, shrinkage, resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc. Standard Size 1000x800mm (100mm thick) for span 451 to 700mm 17 Standard Size 2100x500mm (150mm thick) for span 1201 to 1500mm 18 providing and supplying of sweeper and gardner for cleaning all gardens in public park, cutting grass and trees and also cleaning of sclupture etc on the per day basis including disposal of garbages and placed choosen by the engineer in charge. all work done by as per direction of Engineer in charge.20 Labour per day@ 800 Rs. per day = 16000for 1 year total days 365 @ 16000 = 19 Supply & Stacking good soil of earth at site complete including loading unloading & Transportation etc.Good soil of earth 20 Supply of dry manure including loading unloading,transportation & stacking at site. Compost 21 Suppling and laying of prepared& fully developed slection Ist lawn rolls, including cost & tranporation of lawn rolls, preparation of bed also cost of all labours, manur water charges, removing of grass and stone from beds. Maintance of lawn upto three monthsall work executed as per direction of Engineer incharge. (approved by Chief Eng. Kota) 22 Supply of Tristania plant of age 0 to1.25 year fully developed having ht 2 to 3 feet in circular shape, including cost of growing of tree, cost of manure watering charge & maintances of tree to next six months with replacement of tree with new one if plants is dead complete as per direction of engineer in charges(approved by Chief Eng. Kota) 23 Supply of scycus plant of age 02 to 03 year fully developed having ht 04 to 05 ft including cost of growing of tree cost of manure watering charge & Maintance of tree for next six months with replacement of tree with new oneplant in dead complete as per direction of engineer in charges (approved by Chief Eng. Kota) 24 Supply of champa plant of ht 5 to 6 feet having age 1/2 to 3/4 year minimum fully developed including cost of growing of tree, cost of manure watering charge & maintances of tree to next six months with replacement of tree with new one if plants is dead complete as per direction of engineer in charges.
