(1:4) finished with matt finish in patch work 8 20mm thick cement plaster with matt finish (using Ready Mix Mortar) 9 Sand faced cement plaster (in two coats) using Ready Mix Mortar. 10 Sand faced cement plaster (in two coats) for replastering work. 11 Extra for 10 mm thick cement plaster using Readymix mortar 12 Polymer modified mortar of thickness upto 10mm applied to the deteriorated concrete surfaces of non-structural RCC members viz. Chajjas, fins,projected bands, pardi, etc.including providing antirust treatment to the exposed reinforcement etc complete and as per Special Specification. 15 Applying coat of Sun-Polycure to the surface treated with poly modified mortar/newly plaster. 16 Waterproof cement paint in two coats over acoat of cement primer to be applied as per manufacturers specifications (using paint`SNOWCEM PLUS). 17 Enamel paint `B class in two coats over a coat of primer. 18 M.S. Pressed Steel doors with M.S. Angle Frameand fittings partly with M.S.louvers as per Drg.No.2-26347 B 19 Plain A.C.Weather shed fixed with40mmx40mmx6mm thick M.S.angle brackets and frames,etc.including B Class enamel paint to steel work and three coats of colour white to the underside of A.C.Sheet enamel painting etc. complete. 20 Providing and fixing/erection in position a single piece of RCC precast louver (Including removing and refixing the wire netting for painting) generally as shown on Drawing No.2-26568 E including casting with self finished reinforcements, immersion, curing wire net, M.S. Flat frame, nut, bolt, washer, transportation,etc., as directed by the Engineer 21 Providing & fixing weldmesh(25mmx25mmx3.15mm dia, both ways) sandwitched bet ISA 50mmx50mmx6mm and M S Flat 20 x 3 with intermediate supp. Nut bolts arrangement, holdfast, etc incl.necessary cutting,welding,etc & fini with two coats of B class enamel paint over a coat of metal primer,etc complete generally as shown on Drg No 2-26568-E and as directed by the Engineer. 22 Removing the existing plaster of any finish and of any thickness from walls, ceiling, terrace parapet wall internally and external plaster upto 3.00 M height from ground. 23 Removing the existing M S door with frame of any size and handing over to the Undertaking at site of work. 24 Transportation of release building materials from the work site to the material yard of Substation Const.Department, Tardeo including loading/unloading and stacking the material as directed by the Engineer.
