Tender For Purchase Of Gas Gun 30 Bar Pressure; 1 Construction of new Bus Shed and repair of existing Bus Sheds near Main gate at NIT Jalandhar 2 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming ofbottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil. 3 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level:1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 4 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. MiThermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 5 12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture 7 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works 8 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes 9 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqmover and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 11 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 12 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 13 Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of L shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants as approved by Engineer-in-charge. 14 polycarbonate sheet roofing (size, shape and pitch of corrugation/flat/slope as approved by Engineer-in-Charge). Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto any length or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using aluminium profile section suitable for fixing of polycarbonate sheet. top surface of channel shall be make leak proof by using silicon sealant & self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required
