Annual Maintenance of MAA Flyover- 1 Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor)(a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 2 Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (Payment will be made on centre line measurement of the total pipeline including specials. (A) Above ground. (iii) 160 mm dia. 14 Hire and labour charges for staging for superstructure of bridge with tubular steel pipe (TATA or equivalent) conforming to IS:11239 (Part I & II) consisting of H-Frame(2m X 1m ) made of 40mm NB (Heavy)pipe and horizontal and diagonal bracing with 40mm NB (Medium) pipe including necessary clamping arrangement of approved make etc. complete as design & drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including releasing, dismantling, removing and clearing the site on completion of work. a) For bridge of clear span more than 15m and upto 30m. ii) Without sal-bullah piling but founded on sleeper base and on compacted bed 15 Supplying, fitting galvanised 3 ply 12 gauge / 4 points line of barbed wire in fencing (holes already made in the body of the post) or fixed by staples tightening and fixing the wires in taut condition with straining bolts including the cost of cutting and of lapping joints in the wire as necessary but excluding the cost of galvanised staples,straining bolt and binding wire where necessary. 16 Picking up and removing old bituminous layer or sand sealing coat from old black topped surface and cleaning the exposed surface by scraping and stacking the material as directed.(b) By mechanical means (without milling machine) : :(i) From 25 mm to 50 mm thick. 17 Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom , moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). 18 Providing and laying bituminous concrete with Hot Mix Plant using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and bituminous binder of required specification including screening, cleaning of chips and preparing a uniform and quality mix in Hot Mix Plant and ensuring aomogeneous mix, in which all particles of the mineral aggregates are coated uniformly, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying the mixed materials at specified laying temperature with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers for break down, inter-mediate and finished rolling to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including cost and carriage of bitumen, coarse and fine aggregates and filler materials and hire charges of machinery and equipment for construction and quality control, fuels and lubricants and wages of operational staff complete as per Clause 507 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).(B)For Grading 2 (13.2 mm nominal size, 30mm/40 mm thick.)(i) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH. 19 Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound in conformity with the municipal/Corporation rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of E.I.C. 20 Add GST @ 18% on Rs. 1099022.40 i.e. Total amount over Item No. 01 to 19 21 Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1% onRs.1296846.43 i.e. Total amount over Item No. 01 to 20
