Tender For Renewal of metal road on Right Bank of Sultanpur Branch from km 20.408 to 21.608 - Cleaning thick jungle and thorney bushes without uprooting. 2 E/W in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form or regular pit not exceeding 0.5 m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm layer, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including lift up to 1.5 m and lead up to 30 m. The earth cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spol banks within 30 m distance as directed by engineer in charge. 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification. 4 Brick eddging on both side of road of Ist class brick 8 cm (3,,) wide & 12 cm (4.5) deep laid with mud mortor including labour & supliy of brick finished to requrired tempirte and proper aligment and also including dressing & ramming the excaveated earth including all labour T & P sudries reqired for completion of work with material. 5 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specification. 6 Providing and applying primer coat with hitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification. 7 Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-30 using Bitumen Pressure Sprayer at the rate of 0.350 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer or previously painted surface & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 503. and direction of Engineeer in Charge. 8 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thick (compacted) composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-30) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat Type C as per MORD Technical Specification. 9 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per MORD Technical Specification.
