Tender For Road From Village Bandhi To Ramgarh Road Under Agricultural Marketing Facilities In Sugar Mill Area - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smoothwheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 2 Providing & applying tack coat with V.G.-10 bitumen at the rate of0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granularsurface treated with primer cleaned with hydroulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. 3 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three whel 80-100 kN static foller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specificatio Clause 508. 4 Cleaning the premix surface and laying seal coat type C with 6.7 mm nominal size grit (passing 9.5 mm sieve & retained on 2.36 mm nomianl sieve) and bitumen including heating the paint and grit upto required temperature and mixing including cartage of material at site, and including maintenance of side patries and watering them during operation of work complete as per specification and also including all labour, material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by the Engineer-in-charges work . 5 Construction of un-reinforced, (Without dowel Bar) joined at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness of CC is less then 20 Cm., over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2(1:1½:3) coarse and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropiate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels. rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints as per norms, applying debonding strips primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction, joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade asper drawing and Technical Specification Clouse 1501 including Cost of Polythene Sheet and also including complete shifting of materials & Concrete etc. (M-30) S.I. No.Ch.-20 New Item 9(1) 6 Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 m in depth and earth work in embankment to the in 20 cm. Layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slops and also including 1.50 m. lift and 30 m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30m distance as directed by the Engineer–in charge. S.I.
