Tender For Construction of 11kV Dedicated feeder for Taluk Head Quarters Hospital Chirayinkil-- Additional rate for excavation of one pit for HT Pole/HT Stay in Laterite 2 Additional rate for refitting/redoing one Shackle set and reshackling one span while renewing any type of pole 3 Dismantling and reconnecting Sph Service connection from the OH line including lowereing dwon the WP Portion 4 Dismantling one Ordinary street light/CFL/LED fitting from existing pole and refitting the same on newly erected pole and reconnecting 5 Loading HT PSC Pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transport by vehicle) 6 Loading HT 4 legged pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transport by vehicle) 7 Fitting one Additional V cross arm in existing single pole including including conveyance of materials 8 Fitting one additional HT pin with insulator 9 Fitting one aditional 75X40mm, 1.8M channel cross arm in existing single pole including conveyance of materials 10 Fitting one Additional 2.4m/3m Channel cross arm (75X40X6mm) in existing 11kV DP including conveyance of materials 11 Fitting one Additional 2.4 m Channel cross arm in existing single pole including conveyance of materials 12 Fitting and erecting one HT 4 Legged Pole in position including fitting cros arm, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads 13 Dismantling one damaged 11kV 4 legged pole after disconnecting stays, strut etc and stacking the same. 14 Dismanlting one damageed LT PSC/RCC pole after disconnecting stays, strut etc and stacking the same 15 Dismatnling (without damage) one LT PSC/RCC pole after disconnecting stays, strut etc and stacking the same 16 Fitting and erecting one HT PSC Pole in position including fitting cross arm, digging & backfilling pit, drawing earth leads 17 Fitting and providing one HT Stay for 11kV Pole including digging & backfilling pit 18 Additional rate for excavaton of one Pit for HT pole/HT Stay in Hard laterite 19 Transferrring LT Sph 2/3 Wire OH line to newly erected HT/LT pole and refitting all items to the new pole 20 Transferrring LT 3ph 4/5 Wire OH line to newly erected HT/LT pole and refitting all items to the new pole 21 Dismanlting and reconnecting 3Ph service connection from the OH line including loweing down the WP portion 22 Fabricating one number 4 legged angle iron tower using 2 Nos of A Poles and 115 Kg of Angle iron (65X65X6mm angle iron for cross piece (24 Nos) and 50X50Xangle iron for diagonal piece (1meter -12 Nos) including cost of meterials and painting one coat iron primer with two coat enamel paint after rubbing and cleaning 23 Prividing concrete muffing for fabricated 4 legged pole 24 Fitting and erecting one HT DP using A type pole in position including fitting 2 Channel cross arms, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads 25 Fitting one Additional 2.4m/3m channel cross arm (100X50X6mm) in existing 11kV DP including conveyance of materials 26 Loading HT A type pole from the stacking place and unloading the same at work site (transport by vehicle) 27 Fitting and erectng one HT DP using PSC Pole in position including fitting 2 Channel cross arms, digging & back filling pit, drawing earth leads 28 Fitting one set AB Switch and giving connection 29 Drilling hole of various sizes on existing Channel / Cross arm 30 Excavation of Cable trench in all classes of soil and backfilling after laying of cable (excluding laying of cable) 31 Laying HT XLPE UG cable (of sizes beyond 3X 185 Sqmm and upto and including 3X300 Sq.mm) as per specification excluding excavation and back filling 32 Mounting the cable ends of all sizes upto and including 3X300 Sq.mm with special type cable clamps including cost of extra materials if needed and giving necessary connections 33 Additional rate for excavation of cable trenchin exceptionally hard conditions (like in ordinary rock) 34 Doing one cable end termination on cables of sizes beyond 3X185 Sqmm and upto and including 3X300 Sqmm using the cable jointing kit 35 Stringing of 11kV Aerial bunched cable of size 3X120_1X95 Sqmm with bare/insulated messenger through existing poles 36 Erection of suspension clamp for 11kV ABC of any size 37 Erection of Anchor clamp /dead end clamp for 11kV ABC of any size 38 Fitting one no MVT on existing cross arm inclduing 2 Nos end termination (for One Pahse) of any rating for 11kV AB Cable 39 Providing one coil earth using GI Earth wire, digging separate pit at standard distance away from the pole/structure & backfilling 40 Transporting LT ABC by hired vehicle to a distance upto 5km and carrying upto 2 drum including loading and un loading using crane 41 Providing one earth using earth pipe including digging separate pit at standard distance away form the pole/Structure & backfilling 42 Providing concrete muffing (9.45X9.45X1.5m) inclusinve of cost of all material (as per specification) 43 Insertion of one HT A type pole in existing line including digging & backfilling pit , fitting cross arm, insulators, binding etc 44 Insertion of one HT PSC pole in existing line including digging & backfilling pit, fitting cross arm, insulators, binding etec 45 Transporting poles by hired vehilce to a distance upto 5km and carrying upto 4 poles excluding loading & unloading 46 Transporating poles by hired vehicle to a distance beyond 5km and carrying upto 4 Poles (Running km)
