    Tender For E-Nit-14-Ii-2024-25 Work No 02 - Micro-surfacing of road from Ganganagar road (NH) to C sector circle karninagar Bikaner. Sl. No. Item Description 1 Removing all loose soil and gravel from existing pot holes of area of n.exe 1 Sqm and up to 30mm depth working by in-built air-jet pressure spray application of tack coat and over providing surface correction and pot hole filling using CSIR-CRRI technology-based Patch fill pot hole repair machine by automatic production of on site cold-mix patching material by using cold mix bitumen emulsion with 4.5% residual bitumen and compaction with vibrating plate compactor for even road profile complete all as specified and directed. 2 Preparation of surfaces by brushing with wire brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, dirty particles, old paint etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all dirts etc. on black top or concrete surfaces and all cracks filling with crack filling compound complete all as specified and directed. 3 Providing and laying of 6mm to 8mm thick Micro-surfacing Type III laid with a cold Mix/Micro-surfacing paver machine as per MORTH Specification (Section 514) & IRC : SP:81-2008 complete all as specified and directed.
