No. Item Description 1 Running expenditure of pumphouses which includes complete operation of pumpmotor ,maintenance of log-books as directed by Engineer-in-charge,generalupkeepingofpremises,security arrangements,RegularchemicaldosinginCWR, cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six months, daily valve operation under the Campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scopeofworkintenderdocumentforperpump house per month. (power supply minimum 16 hrs) (excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.) 2 Upto 100 HP 3 Maintenance of tubewells/Open wellswhich includes round the clock monitoring of tubewellsof all sizes, complete repairs/ rewinding of submersible pump sets including costofmaterial components required to repairpumpsets,starters,metersetc.ofelectric paneloftubewells/Open wells Loweringandunloweringof pumpsets complete in all respect, maintenance of log books & Histroy sheet as directed by Engineer-in- charge for tubewell/Open wellsper month. 4 6.0 HP to 7.5 HP 5 8.0 HP to 10.0 HP 6 Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size & material which includes Repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, Collection & recording minimum 10 nos. residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution /rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and upto ground level. For entire job contractor will use their own T & P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering,JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for per km pipe line per month.Jointing material shall be provided by the department. 7 Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed. 8 1 km to 50 km -one fitter-II & one beldar 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete in specified grade over prepared base course complete including finishing, curing, all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be madeas per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made be made for trench width more than specified,complete work as per technical specification and scope of work. 10 M20 grade Nominal Mix1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). 11 Providing, Fabrication of Mild SteelPlane Ended/ Flanged Specials like Tees, Bends, Reducers, Enlargers, Plugs, Tail Pieces and Blank Flange made from MS pipes, MS sheet strip and MS Sheet of required sizes by welding, cutting and treading as per site conditions and as directed by the Engineer- In- Charge complete in all respect. 12 Cleaning of Over HeadService Reservoir ( OHSR ) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir,scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir. 13 101 to 200 KL 14 Cleaning ofService Reservoir on Hillockof below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir,scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir. 15 50 to 100 KL 16 Cleaning of Clear water reservoirs ( CWRs) of below mentioned capacity including removal of all silt from reservoir, scrapping of walls, disinfection of reservoir after cleaning and disposal of silt up to 1.00 Km lead and painting the date of cleaning on the reservoir. 17 101 to 200 KL 18 Providing and laying two coats of black rubberized water proof coating after cleaning the existing surface with wire brush, surface should be free from dust, loose particle, oil and grease etc. Apply 1st coat over surface or RCC/Stone slab/Lime terrace/and MS Tanks etc. and apply 2nd coat after drying completely 1st coat (drying period 8 hours) complete in all respects (as per manufacturers specification). 19 Daily/ periodical operation of valves at supply times forspecifiedbydepartmentpersluicevalveper month (Valve rod and cap to be arranged by contractor) 20 80-300mm
