TEFC electric motor suitablefor 415V/3Phase/50 Hz AC supply. 2 Supply Fabrication, installation aluminium ducts made out of Aluminium sheets with inter connecting flanges, anodised nuts, bolts and packings.Minimum sizesGaugeMaterial 3 0 - 600 mm 24 G.I. 4 600 - 1500 mm22G.I. 5 Supplying& Fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Air Grils with volume control dampers asper specifications. 6 Providing & fixing of supports consiting of Tie rods, Clamps, anchor bolts, angles for supporting the ductings. 7 Civil Works for fixing of ductings, fans, supports, opening of walls, foundation of blowers at site as per Engineer in charge. 8 SITC of Automatic star delta Starters suitable for 7.5HP x 1440 RPM Motor including contractors of suitable relays&time for switching to star to delta & voltage management device. The panel shall be capable to integrat with fire alarm system with required modules. 9 Supplying, laying & Termination of 4Cx2.5 Sqmm copper conductor armoured cable for connecting mains to starter and starter to fan motor with suitable glands, lugs, ferul etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in- charge 10 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side. Up to seven story height made with 40 mmdia M.S. tuble 1.5m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock sytem with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. 11 Providing & fixing of brick work with common brunt clay F.P.S. bricks of first class in superstructure above plinth level to 10 floor level in cement mortar 1.4 (1cement:4 coarse sand) as per engineer incharge. 12 Providing & fixing in position firerated metal door with pressed steel frame and shutter as per manufacturers details as mentioned with fixing ironmongery etc of MPP system schroders make. This includes providing and fixing brush steel finished iron mongery like ball bearing hinges, Mortise, Locks, Handles, Push Plates, bolts, Door closer, Etc. All surface of Doors shall be finished with 2 coats of fire rating paint over a coat of primer toachieve to fire rating as indicated in the detailed drawing. 13 Providing and fixing panic ban fitted with single body. Trim Latch & Lock on back side of the panic latch of reputed brand and manufacture, approved by the Engineer-in- charge.
