Tender For Ward 13 Construction Of Cc Panch Crossing And Drain From Mohalla Tal Vihar Nala Patri - Dismantling of brick work or stone work in lime cement mortar and including stacking of material as directed be the engineer in charge within a distance of 60meter tiles including all com. The work 2 deduct the cost of old brick 3 ded the cost of old bricks/batts 4 Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50M and lead upto 30M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge upto a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches. 5 Cement concretre with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all matetials labour tools & plant etc requrad for proper completion of the work 6 M-150 Brick work in 1:3 one cement and three course sand mortar in Superstructure inlcuding nessesary cutting & moulding of bricks as required thickness of walls not to be less than 1½ brick add extra labour to above items. 7 P/L of 12mm thick cment plasterin 1:3 cment & c/sand mortar 8 cement concretre with 4cm gauge approved stone ballast coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all matetials labour tools & plant etc requrad for proper completion of the work 9 Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structrual steel etc. as required in grating frames gaured bar ladder railings brackets gates and similar work 10 RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm gauge stone grit in proportions of 1:1.5:3 in slab wall etc excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24BWG GI binding wire and including neccessary centering and shuttering etc and supply of all materials labour and tool & plants etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire the rate excludes makings of drip course wihch shall be paid extra. 11 MS (tor or plain) plain work such as rcc or rb work including bending for proper shape and including supply of steel and its wastage bend. Hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured and including cost of binding wire wastage including supply of all labour material t&p etc required for proper completion of the work 12 Supply & laying spreading and compacting 53mm to 22.4mm size stone aggregate of specified sizes tio WBM specification in uniform thickness hand picking rolling with 3 wheled road/vibratory roller 8-10tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density. 13 Relaying of old interlocking tiles……… etc with a/c 14 Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavement having thickness 80mm as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504. 15 Construction of un-renforcement dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 (1:2:4) course and fine aggregates confirming to IS 383 maximum size in a concrete mixer of not exceeding 25mm mised in a concrete mixer of not then 0.2 cum capacity and approprate weight batcher using approved mix design laid in arpproved fixed side form work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film wedges steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels rakes compacted using needle screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints as per norms applying debonding strips primer sealant dowel bars near approaches to bridgs/culvert and construction joints admixtures as approved curring of concrete slabs for 14days curing compound (where specified) and water finished to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 including cost of polythene sheet and dowel bar and also including complete shifing of matrials & concrete etc (M-20)
