Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications 12 Approach Road: Construction of embankment (Carted Earth) with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byEngineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 13 Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. 14 Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density 15 Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density 16 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means . 17 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressur distributor @ of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydrualic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 18 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared 19 Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type-C as Technical Specification Clause 511 20 Brick edgeing on both sides of the road of first class brick 8 cm (3) wide and 12 cm. deep laid with mud mortar all including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper aligment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by Engineer in charge. As Per S.I No-765 21 Boring with 100 mm dia Casing pipe with Dewatering including cost of pipes, all other materials, labour Charges etc complite as per direction of E/I. 22 Dewatering of the area for excavation of earth etc upto complete work. 23 Distmantlingbrick work or stone work in lime or cementmortar and including stackingmaterials as directed byEngineer in charge with in a distance of 60 meters ( 200 feet). As per SOR No-692 24 DIVERSION WORKS Construction of embankment (Carted Earth) with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved byEngineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 25 Brick soiling with straight overburnt brick laid on edge flat and dry including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber and including supply of briks, filling joints, with local earth spreading blinding coats 1 cm. (3/8) deep of local earth of P.I. 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface & including labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per SOR No-262(B) 26 Laying reinforced cement concrement pipe in double row including fixing collar but including excavation etc complete.
