    Tender Details

    Repair and Maintenance of Infrastructure Assets in R-I Division during 2024-25.Sub-head:- Repairing of damaged road signages under the area of R.P. lane service center sub division-I(R-I).- 1 Providing and fixing S.S post including frame of grade 304 pipes with braces of S.S. grade 304 and rectangular section including cutting, organ welding, grading, making circumstances polishing, buffing etc. complete with necessary holes, nuts & bolts, caps & anchor plates of S.S. grade 304 ASTM as per drawing & instructions of the Engineer-in-charge excluding the cost of RCC/CC and earth work. 2 Providing and fixing in position high bond (VHB) double tape 24 mm wide 2.3 mm thick for jointing ACM/Aluminium sheet with S.S frame including all processes like cleaning, cutting, chemical application pressing etc. as per sample approved by the Engineer-in-charge. 3 Providing cutting hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 3mm thick Aluminum Composite material sheet (ACM) made of two aluminum sheet of 0.25 mm thick each having a distance of 2.50 mm thick filed with rubber polymer to the entire satisfaction of Engineer – in- charge. Confirming to various concerned ASTM Standards. (Measurement to be taken of the face area of sheet). 4 Providing and fixing retro reflective sheeting grade -XI as per ASTM-D4956-07 in single layers of approved colour over ACM/Aluminium sheet complete with necessary adhesive and pressure method etc. The sheet layer of type-XI sheet shall be of full face of ACM/Aluminium sheet with words/directions, pictogram (Picture) arrow, sign shall be printed on sheet through digital printing system of approved make complete includingcleaning etc. complete, all as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only front area of the board shall be measured for payment.)
