Tender For Modification Of Academic Entrance (Under Dpo Modernization Project) At Svnirtar, Olatpur -1 Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm 2 Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 7.5 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 4 Supplying & filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating & dressing complete. 5 Centering & shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 6 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landing, balconies and concrete 7 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 8 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and blinding all complete above plinth level: Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-All work up to plinth level: 1:15:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural source:10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 10 Providing & laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing & reinforcement-All work up to plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 11 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall a floating coat of neat cement of mix:1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand) 12 Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing & cleaning etc. complete, on 22 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) 13 Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels: Granite of any colour and shade with area of slab over 0.50 sqm 14 Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete: Size of Tile 600x600 mm 15 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in- charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 16 Providing and laying tactile tile (for vision impaired persons as per standards) of size 300x300x9.8 mm having with water absorption less than 0.5% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in all colours and shades in for outdoor floors such as footpath, court yard, multi modals location etc., laid on 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in all shapes & patterns including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
