Tender For Proposed Boundary Wall, At Rajkiya High School Bhadaiya, District-Sultanpur(U.P.) - Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches. 2 Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work, in foundation and floors. 3 First class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar infoundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc reqiored for proper completion of the work. 4 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). 5 P/F Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced, brick work (when not included in over all rates ) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised over lapping shall be measured upto floor two level. 6 Class M-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in superstructure for wall thickness 12 cms & below brick work. 7 15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 6 coarsesand. 8 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) 9 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :(a) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers 10 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out anddisposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. 11 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 12 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 13 Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 14 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete 15 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers 16 Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts 17 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 18 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 19 Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) 20 Finishing walls with Putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
