Tender For Supply and installation of 95 kW roof top solar power plant at Sopan Enclave Priyadarshini Yojna - Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ongrid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono bifacial / Poly Crystalline silicon solar cells, net metering facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on Aluminium/ GI structure of suitable strength with following components complete as required BIS approved (DSR-2022 (E/M) 2 a) Solar Photovoltaic Module of capacity 330 -550 Wp or above, manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730- Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. 3 b) Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 350-800 V DC Input voltage range and 400 V AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50Hz +/- 2.5 Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency. 4 c) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories. 5 d) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. 6 e) Lightning and surge voltage protection. f) Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conductor 1.1 kV grade armoured power and control cables between solar modules, main power cable to grid supply PCU unit along with supplying & fixing of necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories 7 Solar panel 540 wp En-lcon with cell efficency higher than 23 % . as per required complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 8 Grid Inverter gross watt/ ridsoils 80 kw on Gridas per required. complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 9 module mounting strucure fixe with CC (1:2:4)Pre- galvanized with anti corrosion paint for DC solar.as per requiredcomplete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 10 ACDB switchgear IP 65 . as per required complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 11 DCDB Almexas per required complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 12 MC4 IP male -female-36A complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 13 Cable 4 sqmm single core Cu wire as per required complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 14 AC( LT panel- ACDB ) 35 sqmm 4 core Cuas per required complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 15 AC( Inve- ACDB ) 95 sqmm 3.5 core Alu armoured cable as per requiredcomplete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 16 GI earthstrip 25 x 3 mmas per required complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 17 Earth cable6 sqmmsingle core Cu as per required complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 18 Cable lugscomplete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 19 Earthing electrod with cover 17.2 mmx2 m with chemical as per required complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 20 LA as per required complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 21 Cable tray as per required complete in all respect as per direction of E/I. 22 Other material if required 23 Supply and laying of aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured seved sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at on surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. 24 50 sqmm 3.5 core 25 70 sqmm 3.5 core 26 Supply and fixing of plain or pin type copper tin plated cable socket (lug) to the cable leads, insulating with tape and making connection etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in cahrge. 27 50 sq mm 28 70 sqmm
