Improvement Proposal for 11 KV Kavanur Feeder to 33/11 KV SS Anaimallur Industrial Feeder Link line for back feeding arrangement and Others 5 Nos Work (2.Improvement - Mangadu SS-IV - 100 KVA, 3.Improvement - Nambarai-SS-III-100 KVA, 4.Improvement - Thangal-SS-I-100 KVA, 5.Improvement-Sathur-SS-21-63 KVA, 6.Improvement-M.N.Palayam-SS-10-63 KVA) in respect of JE/O&M/Vilapakkam Section. => Limited; 1 Excavation of pole pit for pole upto 8.00m length by using JCB/Manual 2 Erection of RCC, REC, PSC poles upto 8.00m length by using Crane / Manual 3 Excavation of pole pit for pole above 8.00m length by using JCB/Manual 4 Erection of RCC, REC, PSC poles above 8.00m length by using Crane / Manual 5 Fixing of Tapping X-Arm/Guarding X-Arm 6 Fixing of V Cross Arm 7 Fixing of HT/LT TI Fittings 8 Fixing of LT 3 phase cross arm 9 Fixing of 11 KV Strain Disc with Metal Parts 10 Fixing of 11 KV Pin Insulator 11 Excavation of Stay pit of 4.5 to 5 depth using JCB / Manual 12 Erection of stay set complete with fixing up stay wire Eye, Bow, Guy Shackle, Binding etc.. 13 Paving and stringing of conductors of sizes 7/4.09 mm ACSR or other equivalent conductor 14 Paving and stringing of conductors of sizes upto 7/2.59 mm ACSR or other equivalent conductor 15 Fixing of LT Shackle 16 Fixing of LT Pin Insulator 17 Fixing of Alu Knob 18 Erection of 11 KV Single Pole Structure including erection of DT complete with centre support including fixing of MCD box 19 Loading and Unloading of Distribution Transformer (i) Upto 100 KVA 20 Transporting of Distribution Transformerfrom stores to office /site upto 10 KM distance by engaging 1 Ton Capacity Minidor (Lorry) 21 Loading (or) unloading of various sizes of poles(i) REC, RCC, PSC pole upto 8.00 m length 22 Loading (or) unloading of various sizes of poles(ii) REC, RCC, PSC pole above 8.00 m length 23 Loading / Unloading of line materials 24 Transportation of all type of poles by bullock cart or other vehicle (for all sizes of poles including loading and unloading) (i) For a lead upto 5 KM 25 Transportation of all type of poles by bullock cart or other vehicle (for all sizes of poles including loading and unloading) (ii) Above 5 KM (5 X 75 = Rs.375) 26 (i) Transporting ofLine materials from stores to office / site upto 10 KM distance by engaging 1 Ton capacity Minidor (Lorry) 27 Erection of DP structure with stay as per TNEB standard including of top channel, cross bracing, concreting, painting, colour washing etc..,(i) With 11 KV AB Switch using all types of poles of size 9 m and above length 28 Erection of Double Pole Distribution Transformer structure complete as per TNEB standard including painting, feeders arrangement, colour washing of RCC/PSC poles etc.., Fixing of poles type to be unit HT/LT LAS and jumpering 3 Nos Earth pits with earth trough except erection of DT 29 Dismantling of Double Pole Transformer structure materials complete set and transporting the same from the location to the road side 30 Dismantling of RCC,REC,PSC & metal pole of all sizes including the closing of the pit
