Tender For Works Contract For West Arcot Section. => Limited; Eos to 1 No Street Light as per the requested by M/s.Comissioner, Arcot Municipality at various location - Shanagar, Jagannathasamy Street, Arul Nagar Arcot and Improvement Murali Theater - SS -250 KVA in respect of AE/O&M/Town/West/Arcot Section.; 1 Excavation of pole pit for pole upto 8.00m length by using JCB/Manual 2 Erection of RCC, REC, PSC poles upto 8.00m length 3 Excavation of pole pit for pole above 8.00m length by using JCB/Manual 4 Erection of RCC, REC, PSC poles above 8.00m length by using Crane / Manual 5 Fixing of V Cross Arm/Tapping X-Arm/Guarding X-Arm 6 Fixing of HT/LT TI Fittings 7 Fixing of LT 1 phase cross arm 8 Fixing of LT 3 phase cross arm 9 Fixing of 11 KV Strain Disc with Metal Parts 10 Fixing of 11 KV Pin Insulator 11 Excavation of Stay pit of 4.5 to 5 depth using JCB / Manual 12 Erection of stay set complete with fixing up stay wire Eye, Bow, Guy Shackle, Binding etc.. 13 Paving and stringing of conductors of sizes upto 7/2.59 mm ACSR or other equivalent conductor 14 Paving and stringing of conductors of sizes above 7/2.59 mm ACSR or other equivalent conductor 15 Transportation of all type of poles by bullock cart or other vehicle (for all sizes of poles including loading and unloading) (ii) Above 5 Km 16 Fixing of LT Shackle 17 Fixing of LT Pin Insulator 18 Fixing of Alu Knob 19 Loading or unloading of various sizes of poles (i) REC, RCC, PSC pole upto 8.00 m length 20 Loading or unloading of various sizes of poles (ii) REC, RCC, PSC pole above 8.00 m length 21 Loading / Unloading of line materials 22 Transportation of all type of poles by bullock cart or other vehicle (for all sizes of poles including loading and unloading) (i) For a lead upto 5 KM 23 Transporting of conductors of all sizes from road side to pit locations upto one KM of Conductor 24 (i) Transporting ofLine materials from stores to office / site upto 10 KM distance by engaging 1 Ton capacity Minidor (Lorry) 25 Dismantling of conductor upto 7/3.35 mm including stocking of coils to the nearest road side 26 Dismantling of RCC,REC,PSC Pole include closing of the pit 27 Concreting with 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm Jelly including curing (Material + Labour) (i) Mass Concreting of poles 28 Earthing of poles with GI wires 4 or 6 SWG by coil earthing 29 Erection of 11 KV Single Pole Structure including erection of DT complete with centre support including fixing of MCD box 30 Loading or Unloading of Distribution Transformer (i) Upto 100 KVA 31 Transporting of Distribution Transformerfrom stores to office /site upto 10 KM distance by engaging 1 Ton Capacity Minidor (Lorry) 32 G.S.T. @18% should be Entered by the Bidder
