Supplying Installation Testing & Commissioning Of Water Cooler Air Conditioner System And Its Related Items And Miscellaneous Electrical Items At Regional Fsl Building At Darjipura, Dist Vadodara [8Th Attempt]-SITC of specified make Cat - 6 voice /data cable to be done in prelaid PVC pipe / raceway , but without the cost of raceway or pipe ( the wire is to be drawn from MFD/ JB to outlet point) (a) CAT - 6-Y Colour ( For Voice Cabling ) & X -Colour(For Computer Data Cable ) .( Molex/Dex/D link make) Providing & Erecting 6 core fibre optic SM 9/125um double sheath, CSTA, Unitube, Outdoor cable (per m) SITC of LED Dimmer for Individual LAMP(Make: Maximus/Insu or equivalent make approved by EIC) SITC of Centralise Unit for conference unit led light control systems with following features.1)wireless type control with mobil 2) Support for more than 40 LED Lamps, 3) Smooth control of light intensity . (Make: Maximus/Insu or equivalent make approved by EIC) Providing and erecting Inverter based approved make split air-conditioning unit consisting of condensing unit with variable speed fan motor, inverter type hermetically sealed rotary compressor with accessories etc. duly connected separately erected evaporating unit and blower motor with its accessories by means of extra supplied proper insulated copper tubing,drain PVC pipes suitable for ( cost includes Eco Friendly green gas charging and 15A plug top & Remote Control & MS Stand) with necessary core cutting (1)For 3 Star Rating of current year.(B) for 2.0 ton capacity Extra charges for the item of copper tubing with minimum 19 mm thick class 0 nitrile rubber insulation for entire piping system exposed refrigerant piping should be additionally insulated with factory laminated 200 GSM glass coth for UV and mechanical protection and manufacturer accomoded adhesive ( solvent free ) sealant applied at all joints UV protection layer. additional layers of UV paint over GC for all exposed to atmosphere piping for weather protection of pipes & insulation and prevention of rain waterigress. item beyond standardlength for single phase / three phase Split A.C. Machine / Cassate A.C. Machine including power and control cable up to 4.0 TR capacity. 7-a Providing and laying Mains with FRLS PVC Insulated wire ISI marked 1.1 KV grade with FIA approved ISI mark medium class 20/25/32 mm dia. embossed rigid PVC pipe with PVC fitting fixed with adhesive solution to be erected on/in brick wall / slab along with continuous G. I. fish wire to draw mains laid in approved manner with plastering by cement mortar & finishing the surface to match the wall / ceiling complete with FRLS PVC insulated wire for earth continuity. (Approved ISI make only) [a] 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS copper multi stranded conductor mains with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS copper multi stranded conductor for earthing as per standard colour code. [Wire must be having box packing] 7-b For 2 x 2.5 sq.mm. FRLS copper multi stranded conductor mains with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS copper multi stranded conductor for earthing as per standard colour code. [Wire must be having box packing] 7-c For 2 x 4.0 sq.mm. FRLS copper multi stranded conductor mains with 2.5 sq.mm. FRLS copper multi stranded conductor for earthing as per standard colour code. [Wire must be having box packing] 8 Supplying erecting testing and commissioning of auto manual timer control panel for 3 nos od AC unit.(2 working+1 standby) 9 Providing and erecting water cooler having storage capacity 80Ltr. & cooling capacity 40 Ltr.per hour @ an ambient temp of 45˚ C. The outlet temp. of the water should drop by 15˚ C within a hour, The water cooler should be comprising of hermetically sealed compressor, fan motor, condensing unit, water tank surrounded by evaporating coil, thermostats, relay etc. complete with necessary inlet & outlet connection. The body of water cooler will be made from Stainless Steel. (Bluestar/Voltas/LG make and model Approved make by EC only) 10 Providing and erecting Meter cover made from multi chamber hollow PVC sections of 20 mm thick having all the corner joints with PVC solution angles without using any screws, nails shutters having required size of eye glass and with necessary locking arrangement hinged with box. The back of meter box should be fixed with timber. Hold fast for holding screws or nut bolts.(Use as per Requirement) 11 Executing All inclusive maintenance (service + Spare parts) contract for defect liability period as per tender Items & conditions. HVAC agency has to provide Four (04)(2 Dry Services and 2 wet Services with water or Chemical as per site requirement ) services per year during Defect liability period. One copy of necessary service reports duly signed by concern police officer and No Defect certificate from police department at the time of releasing Security Deposit will be submitted to DEE(Ele.), GSPHCL. Agency has to submit FDR of approved bank as per clause 2.0 section 3 Rs.52900.00 or quoted rate which ever is higher to GSPHCL.for minimum maturity period of four years in favour of GSPHC . which will be released after successful completion of AMC and at the completion of defect liability period. Without above service reports security deposit of whole project will not be released. (Agency has to submit stability and performance certificate regarding AC system from authorized dealer/OEM of AC) For 2.0 Ton Inverter type split air-conditioning unit (B) Routine Maintenance of Dry Services (C) Routine Maintenance of wet Services with water or Chemical as per site requirement (D) Routine Maintenance of Dry Services (E) Routine Maintenance of wet Services with water or Chemical as per site requirement 12 Executing Comprehensive (All-in-All) service & maintenance with spare parts of the water Cooler of following Capacity as per terms & condition of tender Water Cooler agency for defect liability period.Agency has to submit FDR of approved bank as per clause 2.0 section 3 Rs.18600.00 or quoted rate which ever is higher to GSPHCL.for minimum maturity period of four years in favour of GSPHC .Which will be released after succesfull completion of AMC & at the end of defect liability period.Water Cooler Agency has to maintain record of service & maintenance during defect liability period duly sign by Police Department and submitted regularly to GSPHCL. For 80 Ltr Capacity
