Tender For Coolers, Fans, Water Coolers And Ro At Various Locations Located In Jaipur Greater Municipal Corporation Electrical Maintenance Work (Including Accessories) Related To 1 Year (Annual Rate Contract) Year 2025-26- 1 (75.1) Rewinding of ceiling fan motor (starting and running winding) including all necessary material. The motor is to be wound taking no. of coils, turns and pitch as it was originally wound with required size super enamelled wire with E class insulation material and making connections etc. as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. (New model ceiling fan) 2 (75.1.1) 900/1200 mm sweep (New model ceiling fan) 3 (75.1.2) 1400 mm sweep (New model ceiling fan) 4 (75.1.3) All sizes (Old model ceiling fan) 5 (75.2) Labour charges for removing and refixing of Ceiling fan/ Exaust fan from site 6 (75.3) Charges for oiling, overhauling of ceiling fan, table fan, pedestal fan irrespect to the size of fan including removing,refixing of fan from site and testing etc. as required. 7 (75.3.1) Fans w/o Removing & Refixing 8 (75.3.2) Fans with Removing & Refixing at Suitable Location 9 (75.4) Providing and Replacement of ball bearing of ceiling/ exhaust fan and refixing the same at suitable location as requiredand as per OEM recommendations. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. 10 (75.5) Provinding & Replacement of M.S. Shaft of ceiling fan. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. 11 (75.6) P & Replacement of cover/ bearing seat of ceiling/ exhaust fan. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor 12 (75.7) P & F Aluminium Blades (a set of 3 blades) duly painted and well finished 900/ 1200 mm. The material of the fan blade shall be of designation 31500B with condition HX6 aluminium alloy sheetconfirmingto IS 737/2008 13 (75.8) P & F Aluminium Blades (a set of 3 blades) duly painted/ powder coated. ( 1400/ 1500 mm) The material of the fan blade shall be of designation 31500B with condition HX6 aluminium alloy sheet confirming to IS 737/2008 14 (75.9) P & F of rubber gromet (fan insulator) 15 (75.1) Providing and Replacement of Gun metal bush of ceiling/exhaust/cooler fan/ as required. cement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. 16 (75.11) P & F 3 Speed rotary switch for Desert Cooler complete with testing etc as required. 17 (75.12) P & Replacement of M.S. Shaft of fan motor for Desert Cooler/ exhaust fan. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor 18 (75.13) P & replacement of supporting legs(4 no.) of vertical pump of desert cooler as required for Desert Cooler/ exhaust fan. Replacement ofmaterial or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor 19 (75.14) P & F of stud with nuts and washer for Desert Cooler/ exhaust fan.All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. 20 (75.15) Servicing and overhauling of 20 sweep desert cooler including oiling, greasing, painting of tank from inside with rubber paint after properly desmantling each assembly and refixing the same as required. 21 (75.16) Painting of desert cooler with two coats of rubber paint inside of water tank and two coat of synthetic enamelled paint on both side ofcooler body, fan body, grills etc.after cleaning with sand paper, complete in all respect as required. 22 (75.17) Replacement of cooler pads (heavy) set of 3 no. of size 25 x 27 23 (75.18) P & F Brass float valve of weighing approx. 250 gm, 8 long rod,PVC ball of 4 dia. For desert coler as required. 24 (75.19) P & F adjustable M.S.grill 20/22 gauge of size approx. 24 x 26 including painting etc. as required. 25 (75.2) P & F aluminiun blade for 20 desert cooler fan as required. 26 (75.21) P & F outer/inner threaded PVC nipple 1/2 dia and 2 long 27 (75.22) P & Replacement of pvc pipe of 1/2 size for vertical pump of desert cooler as required. Replacement of material or components shall beuse as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. 28 (75.23) P & replacement of shaft for vertical pump of desert cooler as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use asper guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. 29 (75.24) Spray painting of ceiling fan of size 900/1200/ 1400/ 1500 mm with two coats of white/ brown enamelled paint after cleaning with sandpaper. Filling etc. as required. 30 (75.25) P & replacement of 4 nos. supporting legs of 20 fan motor with rubber pads of desert cooler as required.Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. Water cooler 64 (75.44.5) 60/120 Ltr. Water cooler 65 (75.44.6) 150/150 Ltr. Water cooler 66 (75.46) P & Replacement of overload protection of A.C./ Water cooler as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. 67 (75.47) P & Replacement of thermostat of A.C./ Water cooler/fridge as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor. 68 (75.49) P & Replacement of starting relay of A.C/water cooler/fridge compressor as required. Switch (IS :3854) and 3/6 pin 16 amp. socket outlet making connection , testing , etc. as required. For specification of Wiring accessories refer Chapter-56 related item & For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure A attached with this BSR 78 (56.15) Providing & Fixing of ISI marked (IS:1293) 16 amp unbreakable 3 pin plug top having lamp indicator with CM/L no. printed and made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material, brass terminal including making connection testing etc. as required.
