Tender For Repairing, Overhauling Of Diesel Engine Driven And Electric Motor Driven Fire Water Pumps And Allied Items.- 1 Complete overhauling of Diesel Engine RB66and replacement of damaged / worn-out parts by way of: 2 Providing and fitting of cylinder sleeves with O-rings( 6 Nos.) as per sample at site. The job also includes necessary machining operations like boring , turing etc to ensure the fitment of sleeves / liners. 3 Providing and fitting of piston with pin (6 No.) as per sample at site. 4 Providing and fitting of ring set for piston (6 sets)as per sample at site. 5 Providing and fitting of Tappet -cover seal as per sample at site. 6 Providing and fitting of inlet and exhaust head valve sets (6 sets)as per sample at site. 7 Providing and fitting of valve guide (12 No.) as per sample at site. 8 Providing and fitting of head gasket as per sample at site. 9 Providing and fitting of engine packing kit as per sample at site. 10 Providing and fitting of thrust washer as per sample at site. 11 Providing and fitting of rubber O-rings as per sample at site. 12 Providing and fitting of main oil seal as per sample at site. 13 Providing and fitting of radiator hose pipe set with clampsas per sample at site. 14 Providing and fitting of lube oil filter as per sample at site. 15 Providing and fitting of diesel filter as per sample at site. 16 Overhaulingand Callibrationfor fuel injection pump assembly complete includinginjector nozzles. 17 Grinding , finishing and polishing of crank shaft 18 Head seat cutting, new seat fitting, valve guide fitting(6 No.) 19 Complete engine oil change by way of draining old/used M-oil and providing and filling of fresh M-oil of specific grade (Tank capacity is 10 Litres) 20 The Job includestesting the engine after complete assemblingon load. The fuel require during testing shall be providedby theagency. Testing to be carried out for atleast 2 hours. 21 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Battery of reputed make conforming to JIS D 5301:2006 latest, for Diesel Engine Driven Pump Motor set (RB66) at Pump House Ist SKIMS Soura with following Specifications, warranty as per OEM. : Amperage:- not less than 180 AH Volts:-not less than 12 V The job includes providing and arranging of all the tools, tackles, equipment and accessories required for making the pump-motor system functional to the satisfaction of site engineer. (Complete job) 22 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioningof Self starter of reputed make for theDiesel Engine Driven Pump Motor set (RB66) as per sample at Pump House Ist SKIMS Soura, Job includes dismantling the old damaged starter and fitting of new one with all the accessories and parts required to make the engine operationalto the satisfaction of site engineer (Complete job) 23 SITC of Battery charger with two charging stations, suitable for charging 180 AH and 12 V batteries.
